Absolutely terrible company.. Mistakes made on a daily basis whilst they were looking after my mum. Inconsistency, turning up late, wrong medication or no medication been. On two occasions my mum was at risk with this company so much so that two safeguarding reports were put in. Some staff couldn't speak English properly and didn't understand my mums needs..left this company eventually after reporting to the Council. Terrible experience!

The care my husband receives is very good, the carers are very kind and friendly. They are very patient with my husband who is not the easiest of clients. They always try to do as they are asked. The only down side is they have little respect for property, there is several parts of damage in the house. They also need to take more care in this cost of living crisis and remember to turn off unused equipment.

The staff from Amplelime have cared for my mother-in-law amazingly for the past year. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff are very friendly, patient and kind.

The lovely ladies who attended to our Mom were the best carers we could have wished for. As a family whose grandchildren include a nurse, we were totally blown away by their compassion and care. They have treated Mom with the greatest dignity, support, and gentleness whilst also offering support and the occasional hug to myself. We couldn't have asked for better as a family. I can only describe the care and understanding as excellent, above and beyond our expectations. The carers attended to my dad four times a day and ensured that the care was bespoke to my dad, they changed times to attend to my dad and treated him with dignity at all times. They highlighted any concerns and advised as to what further help they could offer and pointed us in the right direction. Totally professional, trustworthy, and always contactable 24/7.
I have found Amplelime carers and management to be extremely capable - while caring for my brother - they have treated him with dignity and kept him protected during the pandemic. It's reassuring to know he is in such dependable care.
My brother's carer gives him the care, love and respect he deserves. I see that they really do care and deliver so much love and support to my brother. They have managed to keep my brother safe during the pandemic. They work as a team in order to deliver the best care. They go above and beyond the other agencies we have had in the past.
