I can never thank them enough for all they did for Mum and me.
The caring team who looked after my husband with advanced Alzheimer's morning and evening were always punctual, cheerful, and extremely efficient. They had endless patience and showed compassion and kindness. Highlights were a trip to the driving range and coffee and cake at the beach. I would not hesitate to recommend Kanyuchi.
Kanyuchi Healthcare has been caring for my ex-partner/best friend for a number of months and I have found the management of the care to be excellent, putting the needs of their client foremost and giving empathetic and holistic care. The implementation of covid secure measures and PPE has been good. Any concerns that I have highlighted to the manager have been met with appreciation for bringing issues to their attention, and have been dealt with immediately and in a positive way rather than assigning blame. The carers have gone out of their way to ensure the wellbeing of my friend, both physically and mentally. I do not feel any hesitation about contacting the agency; my calls are met with amiable understanding and their help has been greatly beneficial on a number of occasions.
I would highly recommend this agency; the skilled management, which then follows through into the quality of carers they employ and therefore the care that they give the vulnerable people they visit.
I have already recommended Kanyuchi Healthcare to others who are looking for carers, Kanyuchi Healthcare are all true carers, who take a personal interest in their clients. From the initial visit, through to every day caring, we knew mum was in safe hands. The manager and his team were kind, courteous and efficient, taking mum's preferences into considerations. We also really appreciated the Christian help and encouragement, particularly when mum was in her last days. A huge thank you to all at Kanyuchi Healthcare.
The manager and his wonderful team looked after my sister for a long time with 4 visits a day; always polite and caring. Whenever there was a problem, it was dealt with swiftly and professionally. I will always be grateful for the care she received. I would recommend Kanyuchi Healthcare.
Proactively looking for solutions and supporting in many ways far more than just 'caring' I can fully recommend Kanyuchi Healthcare to anyone looking for this type of service.
I can only give Kanyuchi nothing but praise! My mother would never be happy or accept help from several care companies I had tried to put in place in the past to support her, she always dismissed them as never happy with their service. On meeting the manager he made my mum feel so at ease and explained everything to her in depth on the service they would offer her, also for me as this now would be taking the pressure off me being mum's sole carer allowing us to get back to having mother/daughter quality time together. All the carers that visited mum were truly caring and always went over and above their duty to make sure she was comfortable and had met all her needs before they left. Any help issues that I needed help with the manager would again go out of his way to try to accommodate us. Unfortunately mum has moved out of the area Kanyuchi covered and so sad we cannot continue with them, mum sure does miss her carer/friends. I certainly would rate them 100% plus!
My dad sadly has advanced dementia so when things got too much for mum we contacted several care agencies and thankfully we finally came across Kanyuchi. Right from the first visit, the staff formed a fantastic bond with dad and were able to bring out the happy fun side of him as well as meeting his care needs. Everyone was so kind and accommodating to help both dad's needs and mum's. Dad especially looked forward to trips out for ice creams and coffee at the beach! We really can’t thank them enough for everything they did at such a difficult time.
Thank you for all you do. It is good to know she is in safe hands. My mother has only good things to say about all the girls. The confidence I have knowledge when I’m away with the weekly feedback chart is comforting and the quick response is most professional.
Kanyuchi are helpful, obliging and flexible with the care my mother needs. The carers are always pleasant and nice company for a 93-year-old lady. The staff are usually very punctual and cheerful, meeting extra demands when required, for example, taking my mother to a clinic appointment the other day.
Kanyuchi Healthcare provides my mother with a care package which includes 3 visits a day, where the care visitors provide personal care and prepare meals. They check that the correct medicine has been taken and take time to chat and make their client feel relaxed and cared for, no matter how awkward or confused the client may be. They also keep a regular update regarding necessities such as food or toiletries and let a family member know if there's any cause for treatment or medical advice, and are quick to reply to any questions you may have.
The manager came to my husband, who had Parkinson's. For two years, they always gave one hundred per cent, and nothing was too much trouble. They gave high-quality care, and I cannot praise them enough. Thank you all.
The manager and his team looked after my mother for three years. From day one when the manager knelt down at her bedside to introduce himself, he and his team took care of her with professionalism as well as kindness and affection, patience and good humour. They made her last years as comfortable as possible providing physical and moral support. She and they learnt from each other, as caring for people is by no means a one-sided affair. I am sure she would wish me to thank them, not least for enabling her to stay on in her own home.
My husband, who has advanced dementia, has been expertly cared for by Kanyuchi Healthcare. They brighten his day taking him on trips out eg to the beach and are always coming up with new places to visit. Apart from staff holidays, we are provided the same carer which is very much appreciated. The carers are fun and go to great lengths to support each of us, always listening to our care needs and trying to help. Kind and compassionate - couldn't manage without them!
We have never been anything but pleased with the care and consideration that we get from Kanyuchi Healthcare. The owner does his utmost to accommodate any alterations in our needs. Kanyuchi has provided us with continuity, something extremely important for him with his Alzheimer's and myself so that I may leave him confident that he is happy and safe. Over the last year, we have had just one regular sitter every week, and the owner himself comes if our regular carer is on holiday or for any reason unable to attend. They both engage hin in puzzles, photographers, music etc. The owner does boys talk about football, one of his old passions! They both take him out weather and Covid-19 permitting. Making his lunch to eat at home or with them for a picnic. All in all very happy.
My carer(s) are very punctual and help me with any tasks I may need assistance with. They assist me in facilitating my independence and very flexible in terms of ensuring that the things that I want to do are done to the best of their ability.
our care provider has been with us for over a year. We find them professional at all levels of the care they provide. We could not get through our journey without them.
They took time to get to know my mum and her daily routine and she loved seeing “her ladies” every day.
We needed more help from Kanyuchi when Mum's day centre was closed because of the Coronavirus, and they were very accommodating with any changes or extra visits we needed.
It was easy to contact the manager if I needed to, and we had regular updates on Mum's progress.
I don’t know what our family would have done without their kindness, compassion and expertise towards my mum, and our family always felt very comforted that they were looking after our mum, at the times that we couldn’t.
I would highly recommend Kanyuchi Healthcare to anyone.
Looked after my mother with the perfect care for her needs. The compassion towards her is second to none. Nice to see happy and smiley people who love what they do. You can see the staff are trained to a high standard. Would recommend them to family and friends.
Always punctual, friendly and professional.
