Kanyuchi care went above and beyond in there involvement with care and support of my daughter. Working hard to accommodate the foibles of her being Autistic and having Learning disabilities.

Overall Experience

I have always found all the staff at Kanyuchi to be polite, kind and very helpful. My mum is always pleased to see the carers as she is bedbound and likes to have a little chat with them. The company will also go out if it's way to help with other issues like physio etc.

Overall Experience
The supportive and encouraging nature of the Kanyuchi team, enabled Mum to return to independent living.
From befriending, to care, to chores, nothing was a problem. They took a weight of me, and a relief to know Mum was well looked after.
Communication in the whole team was exceptional.
I will happily recommend them or call them back in the future, should it be required.

Thank goodness for the manager and his team!
My father suffered with Alzheimer's at a very early age of 69. He unfortunately had to move into a care home which caused a huge upset. The manager gave my dad the chance to get out and about, safely and happily. They did so many things that my dad thought he wouldn't be able to do again and he enjoyed every minute. My brother and I had peace of mind, knowing dad was getting out to do something good and would be safe doing it.

Can't recommend Kanyuchi Care enough.

Following a recommendation, right from the start we were happy with the care that our Mum received while she was being cared for at home by Kanyuchi.
From the first care assessment, sensitively conducted, through Mums adjustment to receiving care, and then through providing Mum with a bespoke care plan, their attention to detail meant Mum felt respected and valued, as they went over and above to support our wishes. When Mum was hospitalised we were really touched that one of the carers continued to visit Mum in her own time to cheer her up.

Most importantly the ethos of the company shone through. They cared for Mum as if she was a member of their family.

Overall Experience

We had the good fortune of finding Kanyuchi Healthcare whilst looking for carers for my very independent elderly father. During our initial conversation on the telephone, the manager was the only person who asked about Dad's hobbies, interests and routine. This spoke volumes to me of how hands on the manager is and that he really cares about his clients. Dad was very reluctant to have carers visiting his home but the manager took the time to visit daily to build the relationship and confidence up. Every member of the team is top-notch, being both cheerful and hardworking, I can't fault them. The manager and his team go above and beyond to offer a fantastic care service and although Dad is very independent and likes to do things himself, they have worked with him to build a great relationship going forward. Dad very much enjoys their visits!

Overall Experience
Kanyuchi have been extremely professional and easy to deal with during the time that they have provided care services for my Mother. I found them open to discussion on the best way to support my Mum and they were always happy to work with us to find a solution to any difficulties Mum had with day to day life. Mum was not always easy and could be quite demanding at time due to frustration and frailty, but the carers took it in their stride and never complained.

Thanks to all the team at Kanyuchi, who were always responsive and provided quality care, support and friendship for Mum during the last part of her life.

I 100% recommend Kanyuchi Healthcare. Mum has suffered with dementia for a few years now and when the time came to look for care, I was a bit apprehensive about who was going into their home. My doubts were soon put to one side and each member of staff is respectful, caring and looks after mums needs. Dad also looks forward to the carer visits too and enjoys a laugh and a joke with them. Kanyuchi's care has been excellent since my dad moved to Fareham. Especially when he first moved as he had no equipment to help with mobility. My dad enjoys seeing the carers, especially in the morning. It is lovely to hear him chatting and laughing with his carers.

Overall Experience

My Mum who has dementia has been receiving live-in care for the past 5 months. The manager has been very helpful and responsive and I have felt reassured that he is very knowledgeable and understanding of patients who have dementia. Getting Mum used to live-in care was very challenging but through her carer's patience and understanding supported by the manager, she eventually settled. The communication has been excellent and it has meant that I feel reassured she is in great hands so I have been able to step back from the stress and concentrate on my own life and family. Mum's main carer is great with her and has got to know her really well and works with her changing moods and the challenges this brings. Patience is very understanding with Mum and has become attuned to her needs and routines. The break carers take her out and she seems to have fun going to groups and having outings. The carers are all caring and professional and I would definitely recommend this agency.

The care was brilliant, every aspect of my husband's care was kind, respectful and professional in every way, we would not have been able to keep his wishes in tact of staying at home til his last days if it was not for Kanyuchi Healthcare. Following a worsening of my mum's condition we used Kanyuchi for a visit a day. They were very professional ensuring all the carers knew my mum's needs and care plan. All the carers were very caring towards my mum and helped her with all her care needs. We would not hesitate to use Kanyuchi should we have a requirement again. Many thanks.

Overall Experience
Following surgery and a mini-stroke, my wife required care at home. The manager carried out a thorough assessment of both the care my wife required and also the support that I as a carer required. This resulted in a package of care that allowed me to have a break whilst my wife received the care she required.
The staff are excellent, they are patient and courteous, they engage in conversation and keep my wife informed as to what they are doing. They have a sense of humour and no task is too much for them, they go the extra mile to ensure that the standard of care is to a very high standard.
I feel quite confident that if I have to go out whilst my wife is receiving care, she is in safe hands.

A highly professional and caring company.

My mum lives alone and independently and, has done so for over 20 years. A couple of months before my wife and I were due to go on holiday, she developed a frozen shoulder which resulted in extreme pain, immobility and depression. I contacted Kanyuchi who were happy to provide personal care and welfare checks on her whilst we were away. The manager carried out a thorough assessment and tailor-made a care plan which covered all of my mum's needs. The carers were made aware that she had a good sense of humour and enjoyed to chat and laugh. We were very happy and relieved to see that she remained positive every day and built a great rapport. She said they were all brilliant and looked after her impeccably and professionally. In addition, the manager made it possible for us to read the carer's notes after each visit whilst we were away, so we could see how she was getting on and put our minds at rest, they even sent a photograph of her smiling with one of the carers.

An excellent company.

Overall Experience
My nan has been a client for eight months and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. From the initial meeting with the manager and a carer, I have been listened to and the needs of my nan have been put first.
My nan thoroughly enjoys the time she spends with the carers, whether that be just sat chatting in her care home or being taken on outings. The carers have built fantastic relationships with my nan and she talks about the shopping trips, visits to the garden centre, their walks and picnics with great joy.

I have found the flexibility and the communication to be excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone.
