I have been very happy with the care that Kanyuchi Healthcare have provided for my mum. Mum suffers from Alzheimer’s and has recently gone to live in a care home, but up until the day that she did, the staff at Kanyuchi have been amazing.
They took time to get to know my mum and her daily routine...
I have been very happy with the care that Kanyuchi Healthcare have provided for my mum. Mum suffers from Alzheimer’s and has recently gone to live in a care home, but up until the day that she did, the staff at Kanyuchi have been amazing. They took time to get to know my mum and her daily routine and she loved seeing “her ladies” every day. We needed more help from Kanyuchi when Mum's day centre was closed because of the Coronavirus, and they were very accommodating with any changes or extra visits we needed. It was easy to contact the manager if I needed to, and we had regular updates on Mum's progress. I don’t know what our family would have done without their kindness, compassion and expertise towards my mum, and our family always felt very comforted that they were looking after our mum, at the times that we couldn’t.
I would highly recommend Kanyuchi Healthcare to anyone.

Looked after my mother with the perfect care for her needs. The compassion towards her is second to none. Nice to see happy and smiley people who love what they do. You can see the staff are trained to a high standard. Would recommend them to family and friends.

Overall Experience
Since Kanyuchi Healthcare have been providing my care, the service has been excellent. After spending most of January in hospital, the care when I was discharged has been exemplary. The carers have done everything they can to help with my recovery. I have a wonderful set of carers.

We could not wish for a better caring service. All the staff are always cheerful and bright and give us a welcome light to our day. They are always on time, and they are smartly dressed.
Nothing is too much trouble for them, and they are very understanding and compassionate.
