The carers are friendly and polite. Some enjoy chatting while others are quieter, but if you ask them to do something, they are always helpful.

I started out as a domiciliary care worker and fell in love with everything this type of person-centred care has to offer. I am the care manager for the Huddersfield branch. I have worked here for 5 years now. I came to Lotus as a carer and quickly progressed to becoming a care coordinator, then deputy manager.
