The staff at Caremark are kind and patient with my mum-in-law. I also really appreciate getting the staff rota at least a week in advance. The management are easy to contact if I need to make changes or talk through anything with them.

Caremark has been visiting my bed-bound mother for over a year, providing invaluable assistance to my elderly stepfather, her carer. Management and carers are kind, professional, totally reliable and responsive. I'm very happy with the care she receives, and the contact I have had with them. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Overall Experience

I am very happy with the day and overnight care that my 89-year-old father has been receiving from Caremark. The carers are professional, well trained and kind and they arrive on time and help him with all aspects of personal care to a high standard. I am particularly grateful that he has a small, consistent team of carers who have quickly got to know him and what he needs help with. The behind-the-scenes management is also excellent and short notice changes have been accommodated quickly and efficiently.

Mum has built up an excellent rapport with her Carer. Excellent care and commitment at all times, with a friendly smile and working at mum's pace. The staff at head office are only too pleased to help you and have accommodated me when asking for assistance with a few of mum's needs. Very helpful to deal with.

The Caremark Weymouth organisation provides a friendly, caring, professional and reliable service, also treats the client with dignity. The Carers are friendly, caring amendable, concerned for the health, welfare, wellbeing of their client and provide an excellent service. They are understanding and tolerant of the changing needs and moods of the client. The Carers take a personal interest in the client and actively engage in conversation and maintain a rapport with the client and family members. A personal service.

The staff are well qualified and extremely professional. The organisation does its utmost to ensure continuity of Carers for the client. I cannot fault the organisation.

My mother has been receiving care from Caremark for quite a while now and the carers are always professional and respectful. I am unable to fault the care they provide and am confident that my mother would not be still living independently in her own home without their care and support.

They do care. They pay attention to detail. They are prompt, polite and willing. They are always cheerful and give names of those who will be calling in advance. Regular Carers come that know what to do and where things are kept.
