My mother was a resident of a nursing home. She had a 1-1 carer provided by ILS. From July to November 2021.
I cannot emphasize enough how poor the standard of care was provided by ILS24. The carers were totally inexperienced, unreliable, and uncaring. They would be found on mobile phones, watching
t.v, and even asleep on the job (photo taken). They would be wearing their own clothes and even still wearing their outdoor coats halfway through the shift. They would try to put mum's teeth in upside down! They would arrive late or not at all and when I phoned the office I would be met with total negativity and comments such as "nobody wants to come". This could have been because of the total lack of support shown by the home, but still totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
I would not recommend this care agency to anybody.
