The general day to day care was carried out keeping our aunts dignity and respecting her wishes and opinions.
The more out of the ordinary incidents are more noteworthy. When she fell out of bed, the carers stayed with her until help arrived. When she needed to attend a hospital appointment, escorted her to hospital, sending her preferred carer.
Responded to her telephone requests with impunity. Made her feel valued.
Arranged, at a small cost, for her shopping and housework to be carried out weekly, when her regular provider left.

December, January and part of February. She was always treated with respect, kindness, ultimate care and many smiles from her female carers. The carers never let her down on any occasion, and would never leave her until she was completely satisfied with her comfort that they had provided. She always felt safe in their care. Finding the right carers for my son who has ASD has been very challenging. I'm so happy to have found Peach Care Services. Everyday my son looks forward to going out with his carers. It's the best feeling when they arrive to see his face light up. We have also noticed that my son's communication skills are increasing as he's becoming more and more confident with each Carer. We were even surprised when he announced that he was going to be sad and cry because he would miss one of his favourite carers who was going on holiday for only 2 weeks.

The service has been acceptable, not the best but acceptable, some carers have been very late and a few that have next to no disabled pupil experience but there are a couple of carers who are really good and perform amazingly around my child. Although the office doesn't always action as promised unless you remind them and they made transport and issue at first but now it is sorted.

I have worked in diverse settings across the industry and proudly maintained a highly productive, efficient and quality-driven service in all areas, adapting and adjusting to the constant changes in the industry. I have become highly analytical, constantly striving to improve the workplace.
“I have studied and worked in healthcare since 1990, qualifying as a Registered Nurse in the NHS. I worked as a matron for over 20 years before I left to work in the private healthcare sector.
I have also been a registered manager. The skills and knowledge I have gained throughout my career have given me an extensive understanding of the importance of following rules and regulations that relate to healthcare practices to allow operations to run smoothly and to ensure that our carers and staff follow set procedures and understand expectations to provide quality care for our service users.”
With over seven years of combined experience in residential and home care, I have developed a passion for caring for and supporting others. As a qualified primary school teacher, I am rounded and equipped to make a change.
