my mother has been excellent. Not only is the level of standard of support and care extremely good but the caring side, which in my mind is so important, is so very good. I also find, the support from the office very professional.

The service provided to our mother by Home Straight has been, without a doubt, exceptional. She really looked forward to the regular, twice-daily visits by the staff, all of whom she enjoyed seeing and she allowed them to help her. With dementia and a failing mind, there were occasions where extreme patience was needed and that was always provided by the staff. Any really troublesome times were reported to us personally, thereby allowing us to be able to ensure she was safe and comfortable. After each visit, a summary report was entered into a care book so we would always know who had visited and how they found her, which we found to be of great benefit. In setting up the care package, we found the advice and help given and subsequent implementation was flawless. Our overall feeling was that we were certainly dealing with a company who were very professional in what they do and so it has proved throughout the time we have used their services. Highly recommended by us.

Home straight is a professional organisation. All communication, including email contact, is very good. I am always kept updated should any changes to my aunt's situation arise. My aunt is very satisfied with the care she receives and this enables her still to be able to live independently, which is of vital importance to her.
