Konastone has cared for my Grandmother for almost a year now and throughout that time the care that she has received has been exemplary. She has been treated with dignity, kindness and all the carers have gone above and beyond to make sure she is happy and looked after. The carers have an excellent understanding of her needs, often checking in with her by phone in addition to the normal visits if she is feeling unwell - nothing is too much trouble. My Grandmother enjoys seeing all of the carers and can have a conversation and a laugh with them; they are always cheerful, friendly and respectful. She is treated as a person, not another 'job to do.' It is fantastic to know she is so well cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend Konastone and neither would my Grandmother - we both know how lucky she is to have such excellent carers looking after her.

My father has had a few different care homes looking after him over the past ten years but Konastone are by far the best company we have dealt with. Very reliable, in regular contact with myself and constantly updating me on the health and well-being of my father. He was very well looked after and all his needs cared for in a 1st class manor.

The care I received from the team while I was non-weight bearing after my corrective foot surgery was truly excellent. Each person on the team was kind, caring and so very helpful during this very difficult period of my recovery.

I have always found the quality of care very good. It is good to know that the people genuinely care about their job and go the extra distance to make sure everything is good for the person they are caring for.

Konastone Healthcare Ltd provided care for my mother from April 2017 until her death in November. They have given very strong support and without this, I would not have coped. They have shown a very caring and patient understanding approach which has often been a challenging situation. The care required 2 carers 4 times a day. Konastone Healthcare Ltd has been incredibly reliable and professional and has not missed a single visit. They have also been proactive in preventing problems developing such as bed sores and liaised with district nurses etc. The company is very well run and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
