Overall Experience

Konastone has cared for my Grandmother for almost a year now and throughout that time the care that she has received has been exemplary. She has been treated with dignity, kindness and all the carers have gone above and beyond to make sure she is happy and looked after. The carers have an excellent

understanding of her needs, often checking in with her by phone in addition to the normal visits if she is feeling unwell - nothing is too much trouble. My Grandmother enjoys seeing all of the carers and can have a conversation and a laugh with them; they are always cheerful, friendly and respectful. She is treated as a person, not another 'job to do.' It is fantastic to know she is so well cared for. I would not hesitate to recommend Konastone and neither would my Grandmother - we both know how lucky she is to have such excellent carers looking after her.

Konastone Healthcare Ltd provided care for my mother from April 2017 until her death in November. They have given very strong support and without this, I would not have coped. They have shown a very caring and patient understanding approach which has often been a challenging situation. The care required

2 carers 4 times a day. Konastone Healthcare Ltd has been incredibly reliable and professional and has not missed a single visit. They have also been proactive in preventing problems developing such as bed sores and liaised with district nurses etc. The company is very well run and I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Overall Experience

My 21 year old son has a serious disabling condition and he requires continual care and assistance. He has been using the services of Konastone Healthcare for several months on a twice daily basis and enjoys a high standard of care which has not been forthcoming from other agencies used in the past.

Outstandingly reliable, super-friendly and courteous staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. Affordability is paramount when one is reliant on care and they tick that particular box without question. Total professionalism, whether staff or management, is offered to a high standard. Care actually *means* care with Konastone, so we thanks to the manager and the team!
I would highly recommend this care agency without hesitation.
