This company has not met my dad's needs as agreed in his care plan. We have raised complaints through the correct channels and our concerns were just dismissed despite evidence resulting in other agencies now becoming involved. They didn't stay for the alotted time, they were found resting on a bed upstairs during a call visit and my dad has lost considerable weight since their involvement. On occasions, staff have been rude to family members and have been known to store personal items at our home without permission in between visits. They also charge their phones without even asking and on several occasions cooked their own food at our home. Would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone!

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied with the care provided. As a regulated care provider, we take all concerns seriously and continuously reviewed your father's care alongside relevant health and social care professionals due to his changing needs.
Whilst we cannot discuss personal details in a public forum, concerns regarding his wellbeing, nutrition and self-neglect were appropriately reported to healthcare professionals and relevant agencies, with multidisciplinary support sought where necessary. There were occasions when your father chose to end visits early after his requested tasks had been completed, and his wishes were respected in line with his rights and capacity.
Our team also went above and beyond on several occasions to ensure essential needs were met when support from his wider network was unavailable. Regarding phone charging, permission was obtained from your father.

My mum has needed carers for a while now but always refused to have them but about a year ago she came out of hospital with a P.O.C with Priory Care. She was very nervous but we soon found out how lovely the whole team are. The managers and office are so friendly, flexible and always there to help. All the carers that visit mum are so professional and kind but my mum and our whole family took a real shine to Sahara who is now my mums main carer. My mum always speaks so kindly of her and looks forward to seeing her. Sahara does do much for mum not just her pills and daily care but she has such a lovely way about her she puts a smile on my mums face and brightens up her day. Sahra really is the kindest lady I have ever met. Sahara and the Priory Care team have made such a difference to my mums life. I don't know what we would do without them. I would highly recommend Priory Care.

She is regularly attended by Ifrah, Susan and Tina who provide excellent care and support and have made a huge difference to her life, enabling her to continue to live as independently as possible in her own home. All the team at Priory Care are a pleasure to deal with and go out of their way to accommodate their clients' needs in a kind and friendly manner. They are excellent at communicating and keeping in touch, which is so important and are always available at the end of a phone, responding very quickly to any requests. My mother recently passed away. Priory took care of my mother for four years, and they were outstanding in the care they provided throughout. Her Carers were not just professional and skilled; they also offered her warmth and affection as they socialised with her daily. They communicated with me regularly each week regarding her needs and her mood. If she were admitted to the hospital, they would remain in regular contact with the hospital and our family. Mum would often tell me how they made her laugh and bought her little treats they knew she liked, without her asking.
I am deeply grateful for how my Mum's day-to-day life was enhanced by the care she received from Priory.

We are very happy with our regular carer. He gets my husband up, showers him and then settles him into his armchair for the day. He treats him with respect and firmness and is always polite to him. He helps me by making his bed every day and if he notices that anything else needs doing, such as the rubbish taken out, he does it without being asked. He gives us advice on dealing with my husband, such as advice on helping him to get up and what to do if he has a fall. He is very professional, works very hard and shows understanding of his clients.

My Dad had a particular carer who he had 3 times a day who is the most caring, calm wonderful young man we could have wished for. My dad was so well looked after by him who initially spotted that Dad didn't feel or look as he usually did one Sunday morning! Upon his words, we called 111 and Dad was taken into hospital with pneumonia and complications! Sadly Dad passed away 5 weeks later but we are so grateful to his carer for his diligence in caring for him - we are all heartbroken that Dad didn't survive but at 96 so grateful in having him for so long!
Dad's carer deserves a big thank you from us as a family and for your kindness as a Company too! Please consider Dad's as a very valuable member of the team! Forever grateful to him - 5 star service.

My mum received a POC from Croydon Council and I can't express how happy I was with the service. Her regular care worker was amazing. She was very caring towards my mum. The office team and manager have always been supportive and kind.
