Priory Care Services

We have utilized Priory Care Services Croydon for our father over the past 5 to 6 years who suffered from Parkinson's disease, and they have been marvellous, providing an excellent level of care for him until his passing.

I would certainly use them again.

They are really lovely professionals as well as caring. Could not be in safer hands. They even think of things I might need before I do. The girls adapt to the situation of your needs if and when there are changes to your routine and help to make you much more comfortable. Always friendly and lift your spirits. Thank you to all.

The carers caring for my father were outstanding and very professional. They were diligent in their approach to their duties and very respectful of my father who was seriously ill. The whole family are extremely gratefully to the wonderful carers.

Our mother died last week, and her final days were spent with great care and respect. Priory's carer's experience and expertise shone through at a difficult time for our family. Through this time, there was also laughter - sounds bizarre, but it gave us the break we needed. Thank you.

I found the service is excellent. The carers are very helpful very professional and very kind when you are feeling down they make your day. Nothing is too much for them. I do feel that, from the management and carers, they do a wonderful job. Thank you.

I cannot fault the care Dad received after he left hospital in June 2022. Priory helped me and the family to assess Dad's care needs and agree on a package to meet those needs. All of the Priory staff who helped Dad were professional and polite and arrived each day at the agreed time. Their support certainly helped Dad live as good a life as possible given his circumstances. I would also mention that the management team at Priory were excellent, being easily contactable and responsive when questions arose. I would recommend Priory to others.

I first used Priory Care in 2020 after surgery on my elbow and the service was excellent so when I needed care again this year I did not hesitate to go back to them and they did not disappoint. My care needs were a lot more this time and my carer made sure my every need was met. I always felt she was not just providing a service but she also had my well being at heart. She showed compassion at all times and at the same time was very professional. The owner of the company and the office staff were also brilliant and never made me feel like I was just another client. Thank you so much for the five star care and service you provided me.

I need two carers every day, three times a day as I am bedbound. My carers treat me as if I was a member of their family, we have a very good relationship and get on like a house on fire. I miss them when they are not with me as I trust them fully with my body and my care. I am proud to give them a 5-star rating.

Priory Care did an excellent job of looking after my parents in very difficult circumstances. These people really care about not only their clients but also the clients family. They are compassionate and want the best for their clients and family. Even the Care Manager went above and beyond the call of duty to look after my parents and would come out himself when my father was distressed in the night. This Care Agency gave also been supportive after my parents passed away. I could not expect anything more from them.

Very well organised agency. They catered for everything we requested and helped the whole family in this awful, worrying time. I felt very supported and in control of the care. The carers were exactly who I requested. The money I don't like thinking about as it was so reasonable, my first thought were trying them. The level of care just surpassed all my expectations. In one incident the carer noticed my father was not looking too well. By the time I got to the hospital, I was told the carer's fast actions saved my dad's life. I am forever grateful. Even my health improved because of their support.

The super healthcare. They are very caring and respectful of my mother. She likes them very much. We are happy with the service.

We have had a carer from Priory Care Services visit twice a day, 7 days a week for the last 3 years to take care of all our needs. Good communication with management and any concerns quickly addressed. Would recommend.

We had excellent attention and care from the carer. The allocation of one dedicated carer was reassuring during Covid-19 restrictions. Regular contact check-in calls to my mother by the manager was very welcomed. Excellent follow-up during and after hospitalisation by the field supervisor and manager. Good service overall that worked in liaison with family. Thank you for the care that you gave to my mother.

Overall the carers have been very professional and treated my mother with kindness, and sometimes assisted her beyond their required duty. During the pandemic, carers have been appropriately dressed with protective gear. Priory Care have been able to provide Urdu speaking carers which has been extremely helpful. Management regularly calls my mother to check on her, and if she needs any further assistance. Knowing that my mother is well looked after is a big relief for the family.

I am very pleased and satisfied with the carers from Priory Care Services Croydon. My mother has been bed-bound since 27 March 2020 and since she was discharged home in May 2020, two carers from Croydon Priory Care Services have attended my mum at home four times a day. In morning/lunchtime/teatime/and evening. I must compliment the carers on their professionalism as well as their compassion and kindness/courtesy towards my mum.

Mum ‘s care worker is amazing, very caring and patience with her. Management is always communicating with us and checking if mum is ok which I think is really nice and caring. Thank Priory team.

The Priory is a well organised, and efficient company which supplies an essential service of care. If any issues arise, they are proactive in notifying of these and in trying to resolve unforeseen problems as soon as possible. The quality of care is very good, although this is down to the sole carer we have used, so we can only speak for one carer.
