I cannot recomend Trinity home care enough!. The office staff always there to help to reach your needs. They took care of my Mum for several years, The service was faltless. The on road care team were polite, helpful, very profesional, they deal with mums needs with respect and dignaty. Mum loved her carers even when she was taken to hospital, she always asked how her carers were. They became not just carers but friends with mum and myself. 1st class care team all round. In my eyes NOT just carers but hero's, They gave all to mum right to the end of her life. Will always be so greatful to TRINITY CARE.
Your appreciation means the world to our entire team. We are especially...
We greatly appreciate the continuity of the same two carers for six days a week - our two are superb. They are very caring and friendly, but also very professional. We are kept informed about everything, and the office personnel are approachable and helpful.

Simply the best care for my Mum. Our carer was very sympathetic to my Mums needs, very respectful, helpful, her kindness shone through, nothing was too much trouble, which was very reassuring. Telephone staff very kind and helpful, calls received back promptly. Manager again very very helpful and again nothing too much trouble. Overall gold stars all around. You are all a credit to Trinity Care.
Trinity Care provided end-of-life care for my mother in late December 2024. Without exception, the care provided by Trinity Care was first-class. Each and every one of the team who looked after Mum was an exceptional individual - professional, kind and dedicated, with that special quality which only the very best carers have - compassion a quiet diligence and an assuredness which was exceptional. Their intervention in the last days of Mum's life ensured that I was able to spend Mum's final days with her as a daughter and not a carer and for that I will be forever grateful. When I think back to those dark days before Mum's passing, I will do so with grateful thanks for the superb care given to Mum, and also a smile. Thank you.
Thank you for your heartfelt words and for taking the time to write a review for our company. It was our privilege to support you and your mother during such a difficult time. Knowing that our care allowed you to focus on being with her as a daughter means so much to us. Your gratitude is deeply touching, and we are honoured to have made a difference. With warmest regards, Trinity Care Team.
More than satisfied with service. Ladies all angels.
In our hour of need and at very short notice Trinity management and their team provided 24-hour care for my mother who required hourly medication for the 1st 2-3 weeks, while we were away, during which she was treated with utmost care and dignity and the service was professional, attentive, punctual and thorough. They arranged transport and attended hospital visits and communicated well throughout. Daily reports and updates were very thorough and provided on a digital app so we could always check in and be reassured. Occasional language difficulties were experienced but overall my mother and I were very pleased and grateful.
Language difficulties sometimes. Some more careful than others who can be a bit slapdash with water around sink. One lady is not a good 'shopper' and does not do ironing of my feet garments - has a sore shoulder.
Trinity is a company that knows the needs of the clients and carries them out with diligence and care.
Trust and reliability are essential tools when caring for a loved one, professionalism, efficiency and excellent customer services all the things I was looking for when we needed short term care for my mum, we found all of the above at Trinty Care, Linton. My mum was treated with dignity and kindness from all care visits. Carer's were punctual and will discuss any concerns relating to care with immediate action taken. Strong managerial support always happy to discuss any aspects of Mum's care with the understanding of both the needs of the client and relatives. Mum was very happy with the care provided and carers.
I've found that everyone we have dealt with concerned with Trinity Care has been excellent. Management went through everything in a clear and understanding way. The carers are absolutely marvellous. They have treated me with care and compassion. Most importantly for me, they have managed to retain my dignity. Cannot comment on value for money until our assessment is done.
I am most impressed with the standard of care. The carers are very professional, caring and good communicators. They treat my husband with respect and help him achieve his daily goals. They work well as a team and I am very informed with the daily rota and the fact that 2 carers work all shifts in our day. This is very good for my husband who has dementia and he is able to know who will be coming in on the next daily shift and he is more relaxed. All of the carers use their initiatives and have quickly fitted into the household routine e.g bring the soiled linen into space near washing machine. They all ask if my husband needs anything and give him water when they leave thank you.

I'm very happy with my carers. They helped me with my daily routine and encouraged me to do easy tasks and they are very friendly. I will like to thank all of them for their support and thank the company for sending them here.
Trinity Care were looking after my mum for about 6 months. The carer was amazing, very helpful and always kept my mum clean and tidy. Very friendly attention to detail that most overlook. I was very impressed with the kitchen towel folded like a napkin, the bedding folded in the day to let the bed air, cutting fruit in small bits, always got sets of clothes ready for the next day and on her days off would have them hanging ready. Wiped my mum's food tray every use - I could list more but you get my point. If I win the lottery I would steal her for my mum's permanent carer. Been moved to a new carer in the same company now as the previous carer was only for when my mum came out of hospital until one became available. I can't review the new ones as yet, as been with us only a few weeks but I will say I have had to point a few things out. I am sure when they get to know my mum, it will all fall into place.
Trinity Care has looked after my father on two occasions, the first time following a broken hip and recently with his dementia. The care he has received has been outstanding with dignity and compassion. The team that looked after my father are professional and outstanding at supporting all of my father's needs and support for the wider family. I cannot express the family's gratitude and highly recommend this amazing team.
My wife's two regular carers are caring, and efficient and consider her welfare at all times. It takes a weight off my shoulders. They arrive at a time convenient to us and engender happiness that takes the sting out of pain.
We have no hesitation in highly recommending Trinity Care.
