From the start of using Trinint for my father's care, we have found all staff to be polite, professional and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble for the well-organised carers, as long as you communicate clearly with them, particularly if medications, visit times and the odd visit is changed. It is
a relief to me (son) to know Father is being cared for properly and courteously; thank you.

Wonderful team. They are just there to help and make mom happy. I feel quite positive about them. Their friendly talk and attitude keep us positive and we feel well supported. Mom loves her carers. they are regular and on time. I have seen how they beautifully dish out food and ensuring cleanliness.

Had a good start and was given the choice of visit times. Had to go back into the hospital, and after discharge, visit times were changed (never knew when carers would be coming). On two occasions, I had breakfast 90-mins before lunch. I now have a regular carer at regular times, who is very helpful.

Satisfied with their service, lots improved over the time since we have started. We have our regular staff, one main carer, and a regular floater. They are approachable and talk politely. Well-mannered and Nan gets good care. Their personal care and especially companionship are excellent. Clean and
tidy service.


We have been contacted to create personal care plans. They are punctual and efficient.

Her career began as a care assistant in a residential care home, where her dedication to delivering high-quality, person-centred care quickly set her apart. Over the years, she progressed into leadership roles, including Team Leader, where she not only supported residents but also mentored and guided her colleagues.


Recognising her talent for education and commitment to best practices, Becky became an in-house Moving and Handling and First Aid trainer, helping staff deliver care safely and effectively. Her passion for professional development has been a constant theme throughout her career.


After 14 years in residential care, Becky broadened her expertise by working as a dispenser in a pharmacy. There, she gained valuable insight into medication management and administration — a skill set that would later enhance her effectiveness in more complex care environments.


She went on to become a Care Services Customer Partner, working with over 40 care homes to ensure the timely delivery of essential medications. In this role, she built strong partnerships with care staff, provided ongoing support, and helped maintain safe, compliant medication practices.


Becky's journey with Trinity Care began by coordinating agency carers for care homes, before moving into domiciliary care, where she supported the management team with client assessments, care planning, medication audits, and risk management. In the UK, Sajini has focused on supporting elderly and vulnerable individuals, both in care homes and private settings. She is deeply committed to maintaining dignity, respect, and a person-centred approach in all aspects of care. Her expertise includes creating and implementing personalised care plans, supporting individuals with dementia, and working collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams to meet each person’s physical, emotional, and social needs.
