The carers are always courteous and considerate at all times.
They work hard to ensure my husbands comfort + they're worth their weight in gold!
The only negative we have had on the odd occasion is the lack of contact to advise on late/ early arrival or change of carer.
My sister comfortable with carer and very good service at the moment. We are very happy and helpful. Please keep it up for good service. Thank you very mum carer so helpful with my sister. My sister so happy with them, that's what we want.
We are life time friends and next of kin of the client, for whom we have Power of Attorney. We have found the service provided by Highland Care to be very reliable. The staff are always friendly and usually arrive at the agreed visiting times. If they are going to be late, the office will phone us and we let our friend know. The only real problem we have experienced is one of language. For the majority of the carers English is not their first language and this has sometimes caused difficulties in the client making herself understood and the carers communicating effectively with her. We are grateful that for the most part she has the same carers and over time this has helped with the communication difficulties. Overall we are very pleased with the service provided.
Management have also been proactive and responsive whenever we've had questions or concerns about my mum's care. Communication is clear and consistent, which gives us real peace of mind.
Overall, we are very happy with the carers who come to the house to attend to my mum's needs. Their dedication and warmth make a huge difference to her wellbeing, and we're grateful for the support.
Always there to help with anything
Else we made need, thanks to all caregivers, feel better after carer has been and they are always polite, carers always wear the correct clothing.
Mostly my experience is good and if I have any problems I will call the office and it will be dealt with. The rota that is sent to me on a Monday has been changing a lot lately and I know things can change however as discussed before I would rather not have new carers for my mum as she is at a stage now that the carers she is familiar with she will have a more positive response.
Overall the service has made a huge positive change to my quality of life I am glad to be a client of highland care!
Highland Care have been caring for my Mother who is an Alzheimer's patient for around 3 years. We had 2 caregivers 3 times a day 365 days. Christmas Day and Boxing Day was not an issue. During the 3 years problems were few and I am most glad to say they were rectified expeditiously.
The bond between the carers and my mother was most heart warming to see they treated my mother as if she was their mother, understanding and much kindness.
The family would like to thank the care team and office staff for the hard work making Mum's last 3 years a most memorable experience.
My mother and myself are very happy with the carer and I am happy with the manager - speaking with her on the phone has always been a positive experience and having met her in person I feel I have been heard and that she is very thorough and aims to please and go above and beyond to help.
The organisation seems to be providing care for financial gain.
We commenced service for K M on Christmas day and our senior carer attended to him. She found out what his needs are and carried out tasks to a high standard. This was to reduce the number of human contacts K M has due to Covid19 however, the office and our senior carer spoke to him on a daily...
