We take feedback seriously and strive to continue offering the highest level of care.
We were surprised by your comments especially because of your prior positive expression that how you were pleased of your mother’s care and your mother was extremely happy with the service.
We are sorry you felt disappointed with the service, but we would dispute the following:
1. Care for your mother was never halted. It was continued until the new provider took over. All guidelines were followed with continual communication with the social work team, your mother and yourself. The SW confirmed this was the case.
2. That you were spoken to rudely. The company has highly qualified and experienced staff and an outstanding reputation for over 25 years. We pride ourselves on caring and clear communication.
We are sorry if you felt personally disappointed with the situation.
However, your delightful mother expressed her praise and gratitude to our staff both verbally and writing a personal letter carers are delightful, work very hard to make things more comfortable for her.
We wish you and your mother the very best for the future.
