An awful company that provides awful service. I was never provided with any proof of qualifications - have not done a single thing asked or agreed with when care was first arranged. Parent left with tasks never completed and mess still everywhere despite months have passed. Cancelled care at short notice without giving the proper time frame to supply a new care agency so the client was left at risk. Spoke disgustingly and rudely on the phone.
We were surprised by your comments especially because of your prior positive expression that how you were pleased of your mother’s care and your mother was extremely happy with the service.
