Living in Canada and being able to visit a couple of times a year, it gives great comfort to know my brother is in very caring hands, especially his morning carer are so helpful, always friendly and does that bit extra. His carer, who does his shopping and takes him to the gym each week, is always very nice and caring. Thanks to all the staff that take care of my brother.

Chiltern have been visiting dad for the last 3 years to help care for his severe disabilities. All the carers who are involved in my dad's care are very knowledgeable, provide clear feedback on any concerns or changes and above all very caring towards him. My dad is familiar and settled with the carers and they follow his routine as required. They are a key component in keeping my dad well during his terminal illness.

Hats off to Chiltern Healthcare. They cared for my granddad. Even the manager and his brother attended at times to do his care themselves. And having a team leader that spoke my grandad's language completed everything. If I could I would select ten stars. Always going above and beyond. Well done Chiltern Healthcare.

They have made an awful situation much easier for us to cope with. Their care, dedication and commitment not just to my husband but to us as a whole family is exceptional. They have helped, supported and advised us with many difficult situations. They treat my husband with dignity and respect and although he can not communicate I know he is happy and well cared for. My father has been having care provided by Chiltern for 18 months. They are the most wonderful, kind, caring individuals. They’ve taken time to get to know my father and know exactly what he needs and his likes/dislikes. They communicate with all family members and treat both my parents with kindness and respect. My mother also started having personal care with Chiltern about 8 months ago. She really struggled with the idea of losing another aspect of her independence but the carers have been so kind and considerate. They chat pleasantly and check what she would like them to do and what she’d like to do herself. As their daughter, it is so important for me to know my parents are happy with the carers coming in and out of their house and they are. I trust them with my precious parents, completely.

My daughter's carer has become more like a family member. They have special places they visit together like parks and everything is centred around my daughter and her needs, likes and dislikes. The carer is kind and patient and as a family, we feel she genuinely cares about our daughter and understands her needs. As a family, we don’t have a support network locally so it’s important to have that time with our older kids.

Lovely polite ladies. Always happy to help. The team leader goes above and beyond. Has genuine care for my grandad and it makes me happier about his situation. I only hope that Chiltern is awarding my nans care should she require it.

Often they go above and beyond and I would recommend this care service to anyone.

We’ve had no better care for my mother, the care she receives has made a real difference and we’d be lost without the team leader who helps us endlessly and has helped us settle as a family. It’s been lovely having good quality carers around and the team leader makes sure all our needs are met.

The carers are very kind and have made every effort to get to know my sister so that they can best help her. She has one main carer with 2 others helping and she has a very good relationship with all of them. They cope with her complex needs very well and are very good at keeping me informed. They are helping her to improve her skills in looking after herself.

She treats me as an individual and not my disability, she is very patient with me l don't know what l would have done without her. I have been extremely pleased with the service and support I have been receiving. My carer always makes herself available to support me and makes me feel extremely valued and supported. She takes the time to completely understand my needs and goes over and beyond to ensure that I am well cared for.
