Three years have flown by. No amount of words can comprehend the joy Chiltern Healthcare have brought to my son's life. He needed a fun, creative, social and caring environment. In giving him a life, they have given me one too. Always happy to accommodate respite for me, going above and beyond at all times. They are true examples of Muslims and they have a natural affinity to reach out and care. My son’s care is complex and in managing his health difficult discussions have to take place. Sadly, it was only for a short while, but from the very first moment the south regional manager and her team entered the house, to the last time, I knew my mum was in the best care possible.
It is hard to put into words my gratitude towards all of the carers. In particular the regional manager, who was a breath of fresh air and had such positive energy; energy which my mum, despite being incredibly unwell, absorbed and returned! Seeing my mum's sharp wit back in the last days is something I will cherish and remember and this is in part due to the manager's approach and care.
My mum was always treated with dignity and respect and that care was always shown not only to Mum, but our whole family. We knew that we could rely on the team and on several occasions the regional manager visited or called in her own time, which is a reflection on how much care we were all given.

He was always clean, fed and nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the team. Myself and my sister who looked after our uncle had previously come across some poor care companies so we were very apprehensive but we couldn’t have found a better care team. Myself and my sister will be forever grateful for all that was done above and beyond for our uncle, in his last days they ensured he was never left alone and made him as comfortable as he could be. The communication was phenomenal and if there was ever any issue they would have it rectified within hours.

The carers really bring out the best in Mum, when she feels low they help to bring up her spirits. They look after her with care and we are very grateful for their support. The best company with the kindest, compassionate staff. Following a stroke, I was unable to walk and I was making mistakes with my medication.
