I would very much like to express my appreciation and gratitude to the Manager and Carer's at Compkey. The time and patience spent in caring for my Mother was excellent. On one occasion the Manager personally attended my Mother during an emergency, quickly resolving a distressing situation. I found
them to be open and responsive to my Mother's complex needs.

I have been receiving care provisions from Compkey for the last two years now, and this review is my way of thanking them for the kindness, thoughtfulness, and expertise of their staff and management.
You might think that Compkey is a curious name. It's nothing to do with computers or keyboards, it
stands for "compassion is key." This is reflected in the dedication of everyone I have come across in the organisation.
These are hard times for the care industry, and the job that care workers do is far from an easy one. So I am very happy to pay tribute to the work they do for me. Thank you for this opportunity.

Such a caring and responsive home care provider. So glad we had the support of the manager and wonderful care staff assigned to my father-in-law during a very sad, stressful/chaotic time for us all as a family with Dad’s Alzheimer’s reaching a point where he needs 24-hour care to keep him safe.
The
staff at CompKey Healthcare responded to his individual support needs, helping us through the weeks until a suitable care home placement was available. Such a relief to find that the same care staff were willing to cover Dad’s 24-hour care needs between them, getting to know him, building up trust and reducing the confusion and stress he felt at having someone in his home/with him all the time.
Both management and care staff put Dad’s needs and preferences first (e.g. supplying an all-male care team). He was treated with kindness, dignity and respect at all times, regardless of his changing needs and level of insight into his illness.
The staff are wonderful and we are sincerely grateful to them.

We express our thanks and appreciation to all the team of care professionals who supported our Mum during an extremely difficult time. They provided a vital service which was excellent. The care was reliable and provided when needed. Support was given with understanding, compassion and respect. The
team were friendly and had an attitude which showed a true passion for the work they do. I thank them on behalf of my Mum and all her family.
