My Mother in law has dementia and requires assistance in her daily routine, and finding people who have the patience and understanding, who she feels comfortable with can be challenging. However the team at Intrust Care, both care managers and support workers, have taken a great deal of time to get to know her as an individual, including her routines and preferences ( which is fundamental), the staff are always friendly and have a true level of compassion. Most importantly they know exactly how to handle the situation when she has a bit of an episode, they stay calm and polite until she is relaxed and feels comfortable again. As an agency I couldn't recommend Intrust Care high enough! They make me and my partner feel at ease that her mother is in capable and loving hands.

After the experience we had with the previous care provider, Intrust are a breath of fresh air. My daughter is always out and about in the community. I get sent pictures of her regularly showing what she's been up to. The team obviously work to high standards and I cannot fault the support given.

I am very happy with the service I receive from Intrust Care. Maureen and Laila(care Manager) are always accessible when I need support or have concerns. Their nursing knowledge and experience help them understand and manage my complex needs, and they have supported me through some of my most difficult times. I highly recommend Intrust Care

We were very sad to lose my Mother in Law. But when she passed, we were also sad to lose the carers' daily visits. These ladies had become a part of our home and family and we really miss them.

Excellent service from the first assessment of care needs to arranging the carer who was outstanding . There were no problems with any thing and I would recommend Intrust care wholeheartedly. My mother was well looked after and the carer was even astute enough on 2 occasions when she correctly called for an ambulance when my mother was found to be medically unwell. In my professional work I have been involved with several care agencies and carers and Intrust care definitely deserves 5 stars.

Every carer has been friendly, and professional, always treating my father with dignity and respect, whilst also being genuinely kind. I would highly recommend Intrust Care, we are incredibly grateful for everything they have done for our family.

Laila and her team, Intrust Care took over the care of our profoundly disabled son from another care provider at very short notice. The quality of care he is receiving is of the highest standard I could wish for, I couldn't fault them in any way, they are responsive, caring, proactive, kind, thoughtful, efficient. My son has very challenging behaviours at times, but this is always managed with respect and kindness. The care runs all the way through the company from management to care staff. 100% recommend Intrust Care for your loved ones needs.

The carers are very friendly and help with whatever you need help with. I have always said what you don't understand and where it is, just ask as that helps each other. We chat and laugh a lot which is great and makes you feel better, and get on with each other, and makes the atmosphere better, and all feel comfortable.

The carers were always on time. Cheerful and polite, friendly, and helpful. They became 'family' friends, often going beyond their normal duties.

The staff were very attentive to a sometimes grumpy/poorly man (step father in law) but they were all so patient with him, it was like they understood he was in pain & frustrated. Sending a big thank you to all the staff without exception.

Intrust Care looked after my stepdad after he became immobile and my mum was not able to provide him with the full level of care he required. Intrust Care were able to step in, were flexible friendly and provided a great level of care with dignity and humour in what were quite difficult circumstances.

Such a positive experience dealing with the Manager and her team who were looking after my Dad who was dying of cancer. All the carers who attended him were lovely girls, were very professional whilst being super friendly and helpful to my step mum too. We are so very thankful to the care team for all they did to ensure my dad was as comfortable as possible.
