Bringing an agency into the home to help care for one's partner is a difficult thing to do and I found it quite stressful until I found Intrust Care. They have made the experience easy and worry-free. Always ready to go that extra bit further to make sure the job is done properly, they bring a really

I have been with Intrust since June 2020, and have found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond what some other agencies would do. The standard of care is very high. They are a very reliable agency and are approachable if you have any concerns. They tailor the rota for
each client according to what the need is. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing care.

Professional care company. All staff that I have met and had dealings with are caring, knowledgeable and professional. My mum recently passed away at 91 from a sudden complication due to dementia. Her care package was quite complex and Intrust Care were integrated with other agencies in looking after her. This they did exceptionally well which is not easy with multiple organisations contributing to the package.
I want
to pay tribute to the level of care shown by all the Intrust Care team over the years that they supported Mum. They contributed enormously to Mum's happy and long life and ensured that she never lived as a victim of dementia but as someone who lived life as fully as possible.
