This is the first care agency who have real experience of Autism and it’s challenges that I have encountered, despite receiving respite care for my son for 14 years with other providers. The carers are calm, kind, and resourceful in the care and support they give. My son is happy to go out with them and receives 2:1 care in the community. I am kept up-to-date with any issues via the open pass system. We have been using Intrust Care since July 23 and I am very happy with the service.

I cannot praise them highly enough for the brilliant work they did for my mum and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Thanks to everyone involved with Intrust and keep up the good work!

Both my father and I were very nervous about him starting home care, as we didn’t know what to really expect. I can honestly say though, that the carers at Intrust have been nothing short of amazing. My dad is very well looked after and the carers have helped him immensely, to take care of himself where his memory is failing. His mood has improved and he seems to have more interest in things again. I cannot fault Intrust since starting with them in September. I recently came home from hospital after an injury and an infection, I also have MS which limits my mobility. I chose Intrust Care because I like their core values. The staff have been professional and above all, kind. They have respected my need for independence, allowing me to direct what care I required, never being intrusive. I would happily recommend Intrust Care to anyone looking for care for themselves or a relative.

When you need a care service there is a great sense of responsibility to choose the right one, so reading the reviews was part of the process for me. Now it is my turn to leave one. The Intrust Care team really do become part of the family and the service they delivered has been exceptional. I have care provided by Intrust Care for five months. The care shown to me and my family has been incredible. After a few teething issues, I now have four fantastic carers who are very capable of dealing with my complex needs, as I have motor neurone disease (MND), communication is excellent and the management team have been and continues to be exceptional in their support and guidance. It is such a huge relief after several incompetent and frustrating experiences with other agencies. I would highly recommend Intrust Care Ltd.

Bringing an agency into the home to help care for one's partner is a difficult thing to do and I found it quite stressful until I found Intrust Care. They have made the experience easy and worry-free. Always ready to go that extra bit further to make sure the job is done properly, they bring a really good level of skill and are always on the lookout for things that will help make the client more comfortable. Professional care company. All staff that I have met and had dealings with are caring, knowledgeable and professional.
