My husband has been cared for by Home Instead for the past week and will continue to be. Your office team in Goldaming have been endlessly calm and helpful and the carers also kind, gentle and sympathetic. Excellent.

Overall, my experience has been very satisfactory. The staff are very friendly and supportive in providing their services. The management are very approachable and will contact my family if they have any concerns.

Calls to the office were always answered and queries dealt with efficiently and with compassion.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to the lovely carers that have been involved in looking after my mum and dad over the last year. They have both shown great empathy and care towards my mum who suffers with advanced dementia and they have also been so supportive of my dad as he has struggled to cope with the worsening situation of his wife of 65 years. They have been truly amazing and I couldn't have managed without them!

Home Instead have provided a wonderful live-in carer for my father and stepmother for the past six weeks. Home Instead was assisting my mother, who is 92, once a day to help with cooking hot meal. My mother was able to look after herself in all other respects. Dementia was her issue, and its progression was slow, fortunately. Her second vaccination came along, and well the shock to the system had my mother hospitalised 8-hours later. They could not find anything wrong, but clearly, there was as my mother was incapable of walking any longer, let alone being able to care for herself. So immediately, there was a need for a lot more care. Home Instead (Godalming) moved heaven and earth, and the next day, they had carers coming in 3 times a day with myself and my sister assisting them wherever possible. The ladies that then started to come along were all exceptional, as of course, was the original carer when it was care needing to be administered just once a day. Fortunately, we able to find a home for a mother to go to quite quickly. Thank you, Home Instead.
