I know that the visits are having a positive impact because the number of confused and/or distressed calls my mother-in-law makes to me has decreased dramatically. It's also reassuring to me to know the carers are checking in on her regularly, as I'm not able to do this myself because I live some distance away and work.
Thank you for your thoughtful and compassionate care. It really reassures me to know you're adapting to her needs each day and still finding ways to support her, even if it's just being there with her. I've definitely noticed a positive difference, and I truly appreciate all your efforts.
I wish to express my thanks to all the carers who are looking after my cheeky mother (Kathleen) who are providing care 3 times a day. Absolutely amazing staff at Melody Care, the standard of care is amazing, everyone is so lovely and well-mannered. They go above and beyond to make sure my partner's needs are met at all times, the managers are always willing to help with things that need to be done. Everyone is so helpful and happy.
Melody care, Aldershot branch, have provided excellent care for wife since January. Always keeping in contact and such brilliant people from managers to carers who we are proud to have. Even if there are any last minute changes, they contact us and always come up with solutions to ensure my wife gets the care she needs. I can't speak highly enough of the excellent care being provided from carers who really DO care, not just for Mum but also looking out for me, as the main supporter of mother.
They have dealt with social services on my behalf and that's taken quite a bit of stress away. They really are our friends and I can't thank them enough.

She organised a live in carer, extra daily visits to help move and clean him and even a waking night carer to help Dad cope with the night terrors he was having. She also liaised with the District nurses and a hospice care when required, all whilst keeping us updated 24/7 via the WhatsApp group she created for us.
It was made very clear that the team were always there for us which gave us peace of mind during a terrible situation.
When my Dad passed, the team came straight to his home, gave him a dignity wash and dressed him for us, they also spoke to him whilst doing it.

I am impressed with the care shown to my mother. The carers take time with her and ensure her needs are met. They keep me informed about her care. They also take the time to chat with my father and address his concerns.
The communication between us is good and I know if there are any concerns going forward, we would resolve them and that brings a sense of relief. They are the support we need.

I could sing about how amazing the carers are. They don't only just do their job, but they really do give some love and really listen to our loved ones. My grandparents, who are deaf, kept messaging me about how carers are so keen on learning sign languages so they can communicate with my grandparents and to include them. They really do adore the carers and felt like they were their friends. The staff also made sure I was included. They set up WhatsApp so we could all communicate together. Of course, we all get little delays and a bit of waiting times, but the team have always been responsive and always done their job brilliantly. They really deserve some praise and kindness from everyone and I would definitely recommend Melody Care to whoever I know that may need carers.

As a 'first-time' user we were impressed and delighted with all the carers who were bright, cheery souls who were efficient and supportive.
Melody Care are the best care company I have ever had. The staff are brilliant, easy to talk to, kind, friendly and patient with me. They have made me feel at ease and I finally feel settled with the carers. The manager is the best and caring manager and will go out of her way to ensure that her clients are happy. Having experience as you go, learning to care for your spouse is very debilitating. Melody Care Home have helped me tremendously in their full support. They are local, trained carers. Have the passion for their job and support you with your spouse in coming to terms with their dementia. I congratulate them on their dedication.
They treated her with love, dignity and respect. All the staff went the extra mile and always with a smile. We don't know how we would have coped without them. They were also brilliant with my dad as he was mum's 24-hour 7-day carer and made the several daily visits to mum and dad's, enjoyable and helpful rather than intrusive. They even spoiled the family dog with the odd treat!
We would highly recommend Melody Care in Aldershot for anyone's care needs.
It doesn't matter how busy they are, they always have time to talk to him and put him at ease whenever necessary.
Pleasant and friendly staff adhere to PPE, always chat to me and my wife and treat her with respect. Timings and tasks are adhered to but weekly sheets do not tally to staff who arrive. We are very happy with the care and service we receive. Always helpful with queries or time swaps if they arrive.
The service I receive is very helpful and dealt with very professionally and with dignity.
