Over all time AIM Homecare has 42 reviews.
The staff who visited this lady actually became what she described as friends. I highly recommend AIM Homecare above all other companies I have been involved with.
Thank you for your review. It is greatly appreciated. J was a pleasure to care for and the care staff all miss her.
I can't say enough good things about Aim Homecare. From the very beginning, their team has been kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They took the time to understand our Mum's needs and matched us with carers who were compassionate, patient, and reliable.
Communication has been excellent - we're always kept up to date, and any questions are answered quickly. It's clear that everyone at Aim truly cares about the people they support, and that makes all the difference.
Thanks to their help, we've had real peace of mind knowing that Mum was in safe and capable hands. I would highly recommend Alison and her team to anyone looking for high-quality, person-centered care.
Aim homecare have been and continue to be an absolute life saver to mum and dad to live a life as close to the life they would choose; and to myself and my siblings. We've been able to continue our lives - visiting most weeks a couple of times a week for family socialising - secure that our parents are getting far better care than we could provide.
How do they do it? They are local, they started when they saw a need for their own loved ones. They are large enough to offer flexibility when care needs change and small enough to care and most importantly to recruit and retain high calibre staff.
Staff are really person centred, friendly and always treat mum and dad with dignity; they have taught us much over the 4 years. We've had as little as 4 half hours per week up to a live-in carer with overnight plus several hours of day time care per day - in the last week of mum's end of life care.
AIM offer 15, 30, 45 minute, 1, 2 or more hour visits which has been a money saver too.
Some of the carers are very good and as long as they are female Pete is happy to go out with them.
Listened to any worries and concerns. Helpful with health problems, liaising with district nurses and hospital visits.
My dad was predominantly my mum's main carer. Dad fell ill suddenly leaving us needing support for mum. AIM had previously been providing some support but it only took one call to the manager to explain the situation and a solution including live in care was quickly and efficiently put in place. All staff we dealt with were personable, professional and super flexible. A great service provider I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you to the manager and team
Holiday carer was provided whilst I and Mum's private carer were away.
The carers were great and Mum was very appreciative of their visits. Saying "I looked forward to them."
Overall a good service and peace of mind whilst on holiday.
I wouldn't hesitate to use again.
Many Thanks, AIM Homecare
Mum's area had a power cut recently and AIM contacted me to make sure I was aware and to check that Mum was OK. Things like that make you realise that they really do care over and above their contracted hours.
Recently as my father was admitted to hospital we sought full-time care for the duration of his stay. This was provided at very short notice with some carers even giving up days off to provide cover.
The care and kindness that they showed my mother was amazing making a difficult time for her as pleasant as possible.
We were extremely happy to have these wonderful carers looking after her and cannot recommend them highly enough.
Even though this was very short notice, they went above and beyond to provide all the care she needed including overnight.
All of the ladies we have encountered have been exceptional, treating my mother with nothing but kindness and sympathy as she has found it very difficult to adjust to being apart from my father.
Not only has this put my mind at rest that she is being cared for well, but the communication has also been first-class.
Thank you for your kind words. We recognise the importance of continuity in the absence of a loved one.
I would not hesitate to recommend this efficient, caring, thoughtful company to anyone whose elderly loved ones need assistance.
Reliable and helpful weekly care. Carers are pleasant, professional, appropriately dressed and caring to both of us.
All of the regular carers who come to me are very friendly and extremely efficient. They are always so cheerful and have been excellent at meeting extra care when I have needed it. I feel they really know me and my background. I think my relationship with them is positive and I enjoy their visits. I have become very fond of them and feel they are friends. I value their advice and am grateful for the genuine care and concern they show to ensure I am well looked after. Thank you AIM Homecare!
Very happy with AIM Homecare. Polite and helpful staff. Always on hand. Excellent caregivers. Very friendly. Answered all questions straight away. We can not fault AIM Homecare in Fareham. We are very grateful to them for all their hard work. The supervisor is on the phone and has been brilliant.
The service provided to my wife was always caring and professional. Communication was good and response to any issues raised was prompt and effective. The carers did not just do the minimum but went above and beyond to provide personal care of a bespoke and high quality that always gave my wife a sense of dignity.
I would highly recommend AIM Homecare as they provide an excellent service for my Mum who has Alzheimer's. If there is ever a problem or query they always get back to me very quickly. Mum enjoys her visits and always says how lovely all the carers are. I get an update via an online care log system which is really helpful for me to know what happened during each visit. I have peace of mind that her medication is administered daily correctly. Whenever I need extra care for Mum if I am not around, then they always assist with this, which is greatly appreciated. I have full confidence that Mum is cared for with compassion and all requirements are met daily.
AIM has a great team of professional and friendly staff who go out of their way to ensure those being cared for are treated with dignity at all times. Nothing is too much trouble, and they are always on hand to speak to, whether you need advice or just a friendly ear.
The staff are always friendly and cheerful, taking pride in their work and in the care they give to my mother.
I visited my mother recently - there was nothing for me to do. The house was clean and tidy - even the neighbour commented on how clean and tidy AIM Homecare has kept the house.
Many thanks.
If there are any issues, they ring immediately to inform me and if have any concerns, they are always on hand to help.
AIM Homecare is one of several care providers that my mother has used over the years. And I can honestly say that they are far away head and shoulders above their competitors. My mother has been using them for many years now and is always delighted with the service, care and concern that they show her. As a son, they always keep me in the loop as to any problems that they find and advise me as to what steps to take. To my mother, they provide a caring, professional and pleasant service which she sees as a welcome addition to her daily activities. I can’t speak highly enough of them.
