The entire AIM Homecare team are very caring. They pay particular attention to the individual needs of the client and encourage them to do as much for themselves as possible. They use techniques to help achieve this such as verbal and physical cues and even some singing. The carers often use humour
to create a fun and productive environment. They take time to explain what they are doing and are in constant communication with the client. We have been with them for 3 years, they have helped me to cope with the situation. I'm 86 years old.

Since having the good fortune of finding AIM Homecare over 3 years ago, we have had an excellent experience. The carers are always positive and caring and they treat their client with respect. The AIM Homecare management team are very helpful and great to work with. The carers go above and beyond and
always try to stimulate and engage with their client. They do all they can to make the experience as safe, fun, and dignified as possible.

The management and care team at AIM have been wonderful in supporting my mother to live independently in her own home, despite her living with diabetes and Alzheimer's disease.
My brother and I do not live locally and so have come to rely on the fantastic on-line care notes system, which enables us
to read all the interactions and notes made by the carers every day. This is reassuring for us and has helped us manage the dosage of her medications, and alerted us to any worsening symptoms. We have then worked with the team to put new systems and procedures in place to ensure she is safe and well.
The team manage to combine a professional efficiency with a caring and friendly approach, giving Mum important social contact, but respecting her dignity and treating her as an individual.
I cannot recommend the agency highly enough, and I have no doubt that without them Mum's journey so far would have been much more problematic. They have also adapted the services according to her needs.

My 93 year old, frail, but mentally sound, paraplegic mother, who lives in her own home some 200 miles away from me, is one of AIM’s clients and I cannot speak highly enough of the support and care, well above and beyond their remit, AIM's carers provide.
My heartfelt thanks go to the AIM team for
all they do - not only for my mother but also for always being there (albeit at the end of the phone) for me as well.
If you need a care company that really cares, it has to be AIM.

#I have been looking after my mother for 3 years now as her primary carer. In that time we have had 5 care companies who have provided the care package. Aim took over in April 2020 and I can say they are far and away the best company that have looked after my mother. My mother has severe dementia and
can present very challenging behaviour, both the manager and assistant manager have gone out of their way to place the right carers to deliver excellent personal centred care.
In my experience a lot of problems I have had with care companies in the past has been with the office side of things, both the manager and assistant manager have extensive experience of actually working in the front line as actual carers which gives them a deep understanding and knowledge of any problems and issues which may arise.
Timekeeping is excellent and if a carer is running late, which does not happen very often, they phone me and let me know which I really appreciate. Suffice to say; excellent service.

My father's health recently deteriorated very rapidly and I urgently needed to find a care provider. I contacted the manager based on AIM's strong client ratings. The manager was able to visit within 24 hours and set everything up very smoothly, including a planned upgrade after a few days to live-in
care. Sadly, my father passed away last week so our use of the service was only very limited but again, the manager was very professional in understanding this. Highly recommended.

I've struggled to find a care agency reliable and understanding of my daughter's mental health condition. What a relief to find AIM Homecare, especially the manager.
Our first meeting with her was relaxed and straight away we felt comfortable with her. She took time to understand my daughter's and
my needs. After our meeting, she researched my daughter's condition which enabled her to provide the best quality care and support to both her and myself.
I'm confident that when she is cared for by the manager she's receiving the same level of care and attention that I'd give myself. She continually goes the extra mile to provide bespoke care for my daughter enabling her to enjoy a better quality of life.
She has supported my daughter at social and family gatherings. We have also felt comfortable enough to take her on holiday as a companion for my daughter which enabled my daughter to enjoy her holiday independently of us.
I have no hesitation at all in recommending AIM Homecare to anyone. I have done so in the past with a very positive outcome.

AIM Homecare has provided me with a reliable and friendly family of carers allowing me the ability to continue living in my own home and live my life the way I wish to live it. I have had MS for 23 years and have experienced many care agencies within this time but AIM is the first agency to tell me
they will adapt to my progressing disability as time moves on. I feel safe and cared for.

After losing our trusted carer for our young man, who has profound disabilities and let down by other local care agencies we were third time lucky when we were put in touch with AIM Homecare and particularly their manager. What a lovely lady. Very friendly, kind and compassionate.
The manager took
on the role herself to start with, slowly introducing and shadowing other carers to get used to our lad's needs. Her attention to detail is impeccable and it shows in her staff, each and every one of them happy, on time and very smart.
We couldn't ask for better care, quality of service and very quickly they became part of our family. They will all go the extra mile and nothing is too much bother.
It is not easy having carers come into your home twice each day but the ease they have slipped into our routine has made it easy on all of us and we really appreciate their help and level of support.
We highly recommend AIM as a beacon for the care industry.

AIM have provided exemplary care for my sister who has MS. Not only has the manager and her team gone out of their way to provide sister with the care she needs, they have also stepped in on numerous occasions when other agencies have cancelled or let my sister down at short notice. The manager and
her staff support, empower and aid my sister on a daily basis and have done for the last six months. We, as family, have found this care agency to be the best we have experienced for my sister. It's wonderful to know that my sister is incapable, well trained experienced hands.

After many years of needing a care provision, I can honestly say in my experience    
AIM Homecare are unique in their approach to homecare delivery. They provide a high standard of care which is reliable and consistent. We know the care workers that are coming into our home, and AIM always introduces
new staff to us with a shadowing service until we are acquainted and the new staff competent. AIM is now also caring for my mother who is equally satisfied with the service. The staff are all trained exceptionally well, and best of all appear to be very happy in their work. We look forward to their visits.

Stephen is one of our Directors and brings over 16 years of valuable business experience to Aim Homecare. With a strong interest in the company’s growth and success, Stephen plays a more behind-the-scenes role, ensuring the smooth operation and strategic direction of the business.


Although he often works in the background, Stephen is actively involved in the day-to-day running of the organisation and is always ready to step in when needed. Erin Courtney is the newest member of our management team and proudly represents the next generation of Aim Homecare. As the daughter of Alison, our founder, Erin is learning every aspect of the business from the ground up to ensure the company’s values and high standards continue for years to come. When we say we are a family-run company, we truly mean it.


Erin has already achieved her Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and is now embarking on her Level 5 qualification, following closely in her mum’s footsteps. She has quickly become an integral part of the team, building fantastic working relationships with both staff and clients.


Through hands-on experience in the field and coordinating care within the office, Erin has developed a deep understanding of the day-to-day operations and the importance of delivering compassionate, person-centred care. Karen Newman

Aren Newman has been a valued member of the Aim Homecare team for the past seven years, consistently demonstrating dedication, reliability, and a strong commitment to the company’s values. Over the years, Karen has proven herself to be an invaluable asset to both the management team and the wider staff community.


Karen possesses extensive knowledge in many areas of care, with particular expertise in medication administration. She is currently working diligently towards achieving her Train the Trainer qualifications and her Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, which will further enhance her ability to support and mentor staff—especially those who are new to the field.


Karen has already successfully completed her Train the Trainer qualification in Medication, achieving top marks and excelling in this area. Her depth of understanding and practical experience make her a trusted source of guidance for her colleagues. There is very little Karen doesn’t know when it comes to medication administration within the care worker role.

Jennifer Murphy

Jen Is our assistant manager with over 28 years experience in care . She is responsible for all the training of staff, and taking control in Ali's absence. Jens qualifications include, Taqa level 3, NVQ 5, Advanced Safeguarding, advanced promoting independence. and makiton. Jen also has 11 years experience in autism.4 years experience as a NVQ assessor with the ability to train staff up to a level 5 NVQ in health and social care .
