Karen Newman has been employed by Aim for a few years now showing dedication to the company and proving herself as an asset to us.
Karen is very knowledgeable particularly within medication and is currently working hard to attain train the trainer qualifications to support staff while working alongside new staff. Karen has already obtained one of her train the trainer in medication and excelled in this area achieving top marks and making us proud there is very little that Karen doesn't know about medication administration within the care worker role.
