Having had strokes, I need someone with me when my wife (carer) has to go out without me. I can say that each member of Aim that have looked after me are excellent. Having occasional drop outs I feel safe with the team and confident that they will look after my needs.

I write this review at the end of the care that the team at Aim have provided my mum before she moved into residential care. Aim have always been proactive in the care they provided working closely with me to ensure mum got the best care at home. In this both the managers and carers excelled....
I write this review at the end of the care that the team at Aim have provided my mum before she moved into residential care. Aim have always been proactive in the care they provided working closely with me to ensure mum got the best care at home. In this both the managers and carers excelled. Keeping good contact and when things didn't meet their own high care expectations they quickly made adjustments to the care plan. In the weeks leading up to mum moving to residential care the management team went the extra mile working with Adult Social Services to find emergency respite care for mum to ensure her safety. As her son this support from Aim made what could have been a very difficult experience so less stressful. Thank you Aim you should be proud of the service provided.

The personal service that my Aunt and I have had from Aim has been exceptional. They have been very accommodating to changing circumstances. All visits have been carried out with care, kindness and good humour and they have often gone beyond what has been required. As the niece of someone receiving their care a long way away they have been amazing with communication and also advice and it has been a great collaboration and given me huge peace of mind. I can't say enough good things about Aim Homecare. From the very beginning, their team has been kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They took the time to understand our Mum's needs and matched us with carers who were compassionate, patient, and reliable.
Communication has been excellent - we're always kept up to date, and any questions are answered quickly. It's clear that everyone at Aim truly cares about the people they support, and that makes all the difference.

Aim homecare have been and continue to be an absolute life saver to mum and dad to live a life as close to the life they would choose; and to myself and my siblings. We've been able to continue our lives - visiting most weeks a couple of times a week for family socialising - secure that our parents are getting far better care than we could provide.
How do they do it? They are local, they started when they saw a need for their own loved ones. They are large enough to offer flexibility when care needs change and small enough to care and most importantly to recruit and retain high calibre staff.
Staff are really person centred, friendly and always treat mum and dad with dignity; they have taught us much over the 4 years. We've had as little as 4 half hours per week up to a live-in carer with overnight plus several hours of day time care per day - in the last week of mum's end of life care.
AIM offer 15, 30, 45 minute, 1, 2 or more hour visits which has been a money saver too.

My parents have always been happy with the twice daily visits for my mother and have great fondness for her carers. I have always thought that they go above and beyond, providing cards, decorations and treats. Recently as my father was admitted to hospital we sought full-time care for the duration of his stay. This was provided at very short notice with some carers even giving up days off to provide cover. The care and kindness that they showed my mother was amazing making a difficult time for her as pleasant as possible.
We were extremely happy to have these wonderful carers looking after her and cannot recommend them highly enough.

When my father had to go into hospital, we asked AIM to help provide 24-hour care for my mother for the duration of his stay (they were already supplying 2 care visits a day). Even though this was very short notice, they went above and beyond to provide all the care she needed including overnight. All of the ladies we have encountered have been exceptional, treating my mother with nothing but kindness and sympathy as she has found it very difficult to adjust to being apart from my father.
Not only has this put my mind at rest that she is being cared for well, but the communication has also been first-class.

What a relief having AIM looking after my mum, who has dementia, but who wants to stay in her own home. The carers have taken their time to get to know Mum and taken great pains to maintain her dignity, whilst providing for all her needs. Communication with the team has been first-rate, with the additional facility of the online portal allowing me to see exactly what is happening in real-time - especially important to me as I live 200 miles away.
I would not hesitate to recommend this efficient, caring, thoughtful company to anyone whose elderly loved ones need assistance.
