This company was okay for a while but when I needed extra support the company and social worker decided to take it off me. The company is overworked and understaffed but that doesn’t excuse how I have been treated. Some of the staff are lovely, however, some are rude and make you feel bad for things
when they are not your fault. I appreciate the things that the company have done but I feel like they are on your side for a while and then suddenly they don’t want to know.

As has been explained, unfortunately, we can only advise on the number of publicly funded hours of care and support you receive, this responsibility lies solely with the local authority.
