The team caring for our son are the best They deal with his complex needs in a very positive caring way and we have no worries as to how he's looked after He is taken out on different days trying different activities some work some don't but they do try with him We visit regularly and have great times
we cannot fault his care - Perfect!

Empowering you took over the care for my brother in March 2024-present time.
The difference in the care, compared to other care providers, is amazing.
My brother has multiple complex care needs, and empowering you see to everyone of those needs. The staff are polite and efficient,and work well together,
and any problems we have are addressed immediately by the manager. My brother is looked after really well, and looks forward to seeing his carers. And the family are also pleased with the standard of care Empowering you provide my brother with.

We are delighted with the care and support provided to my sister-in-law who is in her late 60s and has learning difficulties. Since the very first visit, we could see she was in capable but friendly hands. Each of the carers focused on making sure she had a fun time by encouraging her to decide what
to do and where. They actively chatted with and listened to her but still made sure she was kept safe. Such a load off our minds - thank you!

This company was recommended to me by my daughter. I was quite worried about using an agency for my disabled son. However, I have been pleasantly surprised by them. The staff are so lovely, reliable and friendly, but also highly trained. Although it's early days, I feel completely confident in letting
them take care of him. Please get in touch if you're struggling for support, they won't disappoint.

Empowering support. You support my son 1-1 in his home and at college. The staff are lovely and work well with my son. I do think though they are very overworked and are expected to do unrealistic hours per week which is shame as all that will happen is the staff will burn out and leave.

Empowering U is an outstanding provider of care. The managers are brilliant support care workers who are the right fit for my daughter, they treat her with respect and are kind and supportive. Communication is excellent and return calls and emails straight away.

This company was okay for a while but when I needed extra support the company and social worker decided to take it off me. The company is overworked and understaffed but that doesn’t excuse how I have been treated. Some of the staff are lovely, however, some are rude and make you feel bad for things
when they are not your fault. I appreciate the things that the company have done but I feel like they are on your side for a while and then suddenly they don’t want to know.

After dealing with a different care company, we have found Empowering U Healthcare to deal with. This company has been very professional, extremely knowledgeable with great communication, and I feel happy leaving my son in their care. Everything has run smoothly from day one, from this first telephone
call, to training staff up and to supporting my son in school. For the first time in a while, we, as a family, feel at ease with this company.
