PIC 24 Healthcare Ltd is a domiciliary care provider which delivers excellent Home Care Services to adults and elderly people.

Flexible, responsive and cost-effective packages in home care services are offered for elderly clients with dementia, learning disabilities, mental health and other complex needs.

Care packages range from half an hour visit for personal care and companionship, to more complex needs right through to 24 hour a day and live in care.

Staff work with the service user, or their advocate, to determine how the service will be delivered to achieve the agreed outcomes to ensure the support does not ‘take over’ or diminish the service user’s potential to do things for themselves.

I was absolutely pleased with all the carers. They were amazing, caring, and respectful. Nothing too much trouble. I have had carers in the past but these carers exceeded in everything. I just can't praise them enough.

Having been discharged from hospital a care package was put in place. I found the carers to be helpful, kind and considerate to my needs. Any changes to my usual times were related to the management team and were actioned accordingly.

A brilliant, caring service that has aided Mum to love as normal a life as possible after a fall and hospitalisation. The carers are so very cheerful and bright, kind, caring and reliable. The care package was put in place swiftly and professionally and has relieved pressure from the whole family.

So the carers are never on time in a morning, afternoon or evening. We aint to fussed about the last run of the night as it makes it better for my granddad. They leave him to swing freely in the sling on the hoist. They injure my granddad when hoisting him we've all noticed it when he tells them to
stop they don't listen. The carers should come 9am, 1pm, 5pm and 9pm but at the 9pm we ask them come at 10pm as it stresses my granddad out.

As indicated on the last sentence, there has been a discussion with the family asking if the carers could come at 10pm. We briefly discussed and indicaed that, we will be maintaing an average of four hour gap between the calls following the pressure area sore management plan. Morning around 09:30hrs; Lunch around 1330hrs -1400hrs; Tea around 1730hrs-1800hrs; Night around 2200hrs. We have been going an extra mile and carers have been finishing very late. The morning call has always been done before 1000hrs. The family have been communicating and calling to check on carers. Carers raised concern of the clattered house which made it difficult to do moving and handling with the hoist. Family have been discriminatorily asking for the native carers. Manager visited the property and it was raised to the social services. Currently serving the notice.

The caers visited 4 times a day, for about 7 months. Altogether 24 different carers came, some only once, some many times and became good friends. Without exception, every carer who visited my wife was kind, pleasant and very friendly. Their work was compassionate, careful, respectful and thorough.
My wife enjoyed their visits and I cannot speak highly enough of the service they provided.

Although in general, I find levels of professionalism and care excellent and feel good after the majority of carers' visits, there are sometimes differences in attitude and attention which can on occasion leave me feeling vulnerable, anxious and depressed.
I would suggest a review of training and assessment
of all carers's skills and motivations to ensure consistency.

Carers really care about and for my mum. Always pleasant and keep us informed of any issues arising in our communications book. They ask Mum for meal preferences and give suggestions when she can't think of what to have. Our only ongoing issue is when we get 'new' carers for Mum who don't know where
Mum's things are e.g. spare milk in the freezer and not to give Mum food like soup in the lounge as it will always spill on her clothes. Hopefully, the carers will have time to put in our 'well used' communications book, any issues with Mum once they go digital?

Outstanding service. The absolute epitome of what person-centred care should be and we could not wish for better for our mum who has complex care needs. The company is extremely well led and communication within the team is excellent. They go above and beyond to ensure that my mum's needs are met to
a very high standard. The management and carers alike are honest, trustworthy, kind, compassionate, respectful and dignified. My mum has always been very independent and hated the thought of having carers but now they have almost become an extension to our family. It's so reassuring as a family to know that Mum is in such good capable hands. The continuity of care and the way that infection control has been managed has been paramount in aiding my mum's recovery which has also been recognised and praised by other health professionals involved in my mum's care. We really couldn't wish for a better company.

Pic 24 Healthcare provided eccellent care for my late father. The staff were amazing, kind and considerate. They kept my father comfortable and enabled him to keep his dignity. We would highly recommend Pic 24 Healthcare to anyone needing help and support. They really were like an extended family.

The care and professionalism is second to none. We mainly had care from 2 ladies and one gentleman who treated my father with dignity. Truly caring company, you are an individual person to them. They came to see him on his last days and brought flowers and came to see my mum after he had passed.
