Coastal homecare was an absolute lifeline for me whilst caring for my terminally ill Father.
At short notice they came out, assessed his needs and put a care plan in place.
Nothing was too much trouble and they were kind and empathetic to my situation.
We only had care for a short time, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs some kind of home care.
They honestly were amazing!!!

I can't thank them enough for their support!

Thank you for kind review. We were pleased to be able to care for your father at the end of his life. The whole team, particularly Laura, rallied around and just to be there at your hour of need was a privilege.

We were a little nervous about appointing carers for my father in law having heard bad reviews for certain providers in the media over the past few years. Coastal Homecare have, however, been absolutely professional and caring throughout our relationship with them which now extends over 6 months. They are always available for a chat with us by phone and whoever we speak to always seems to have a good, up to date knowledge of my father in laws circumstances and provides us with appropriate feedback and practical advice

My father in law gets on well with all the carers and nothing sees too much trouble for them. We have nothing but positive feedback to give for this company.

Coastal Homecare was amazing. My mum had dementia and they looked after her so well. Interacted and communicated so well with her and although she was non verbal you could see from her facial expressions how much she trusted and loved interacting with them.

They were with my mum up to the end of her life ensuring she had all her needs met consulting with the ECHO team, mums GP and us as a family. Couldn't have asked for a nicer team.

All of dad's carers are wonderful and he speaks very highly of them all.
Megan, in particular leaves notes for me when dad has run out of bits and has even messaged me to let me know.
I think this is an excellent service all round and have recommended Coastal home care to several friends of mine who are looking for a home care service.

Thanks everyone for keeping dad safe and happy.

Reply from Neil Kentish, Area Manager at Coastal Homecare (Worthing)

Dear Alison, thank you for your kind words. Our carers often go above and beyond. They deserve the recognition and praise for the sometimes difficult job they do and your kind comments will be shared with the team and particularly Megan. Rest assured we will continue to work towards providing a good, safe service for your father. Best Regards, Neil.

I have used Coastal Homecare for over 10 years now having 2 calls daily to assist me to get up, washed, dried and changed into clothes, then to get me ready for bed.
They have a fantastic, well trained group of care givers to assist me.

I would highly recommend them to any person who requires extra help to complete daily tasks.

Overall Experience

My step-mother has been looked after by this home care provider for just over a year. We live several hundred miles away and can only visit three or four times a year, however we are kept informed after every care visit which gives us enormous peace of mind. I have found all the staff to be cheerful and caring and nothing is too much trouble for them in their dealings with my relative. I always feel that they have a genuine connection with her and have her very best interests at heart. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.
