In November 2017, she was promoted to a Senior Carer before being promoted to Coordinator in April 2018, before becoming Registered Manager in October 2019. Laura's background was in childcare as Deputy Manager for four years before coming into domiciliary care to try something new to support her passion for care. She has her NVQ Level 3 in Adult Care and Diploma Level 5 award for leadership in Health and Social Care.
