Kloay's Care provides high-quality care for clients in Wakefield, Leeds and the surrounding areas.

Person-centred care packages are tailored to the unique needs of the individual. Staff take great care to make sure that the individual is treated with dignity and respect, and relatives are kept up to date with care decisions.

Staff are selected for their care experience and for their skills of compassion. Candidates are CRB and fully reference checked before being chosen. They will then be given extensive training.

Lovely staff and a credit to your company. No job too big or small when asked to do. Timekeeping is excellent and it certainly is service with a smile. Some of the staff are not very good at making sure they have got into corners, others are marvellous. I would like them to come at the time arranged at the beginning not 11 am.

I have been using the service for some time now. I'm more than pleased with the way I am cared for. The carers will do anything that I need. I feel comfortable and safe with them. They display a level of understanding of all aspects of care including health and safety. They are trustworthy an honest.
They help me cope via sense of humour, care and knowledge of my daily needs. Brilliant service.

My wife has been looked after by Kloays care since coming out of hospital and have to write on here about how fantastic all of Kloays care staff are. They go above and beyond what they should to make sure my wife is well looked after. I come home every day to a very happy wife. All the staff are well
trained and punctual and never let her down. If anyone is looking for carers for a loved one, then they should definetly look at going with Kloays Care. Thankyou to the management and all the staff for making my wife and me very happy

Mum has 4 visits per day from carers and this enables her to stay at home with family support as well as this was her wishes.
Carers who visit give good care, some go above and beyond and this is much appreciated.
Concerns can be addressed with the care manager and this is addressed.

Excellent care service, the girls arrive on time and always complete all tasks. No complaints whatsoever! This is the sixth company I’ve been with and it’s far superior to the others. All members of staff are very polite and respectful. My needs are all met and nothing is too much trouble.

All staff, from admin through to carers have been extremely professional at all times. Carers are always helpful and respectful and nothing is too much trouble. We are new clients to Kloay's Care. But so far we are really happy with all aspects of care and service.

The carers are very caring and make sure that the person is aware of what they are doing. They notice things such as when I am not able to visit they will put a wash on and hang it out on clothes horses and put any clothes away. The person can be stubborn sometimes and they allow him his choice, eg:
not to get changed into fresh clothes as he is exhausted getting dressed - he doesn't always put the fresh clothes on that they leave out for him, which is ok.

My 95-year-old mother has been looked after by this wonderful team for 3 years. They have met all of her needs without hesitation. We do not live locally but believe my mum is getting the best care. All her needs are met with care and compassion enabling her to live in her own home as she wishes. All
needs are met both physically and mentally. Though she is not very mobile they take her to Daycare which stimulates her mentally.

Kulbir Kaur

Job Title: Owner/Registered Manager Joined: 2018

Having worked for the NHS for the last 12 years, providing care for adults with learning disabilities and previously to this, having worked with the elderly in a Residential Care Service for 4 years, I want to now provide these services in the private sector.


I have experience from a support working role doing the following: personal care for waking users, bathing, dressing, preparing meals, supporting eating and drinking, providing transport and attending appointments, and medication administration. Also, the supervisory role of planning and implementation of support plans, risk assessments and the handling of monies on the service user’s behalf. To the more fun roles of going on days out and taking service users’ holidays, all of which are planned by me with the service user.


I believe that I can provide a worthwhile and valuable contribution to the service users in the private care sector. I believe vulnerable people should be treated as individuals, regardless of their vulnerabilities; they should still be seen and heard in the same way as everyone else.

Hi, I’m Baljit, the Deputy Manager at Kloay’s Care. I’ve worked here for just over five years. I started as a home-care assistant and worked my way up to Care Coordinator — a role I held for two years before becoming Deputy Manager. Kloay’s Care promotes from within, so there are numerous opportunities for growth within the company.


My background is in administration. I completed a diploma in Medical Secretarial Work and worked for the hospital’s social services team for over ten years. I later joined Leicestershire Police in the control room before running my own convenience store for 20 years.


I enjoy working for Kloay’s Care as the role has brought out my caring nature. I didn’t think I could work as a carer, but with the right training and encouragement, I have become a confident and compassionate individual.


I enjoy working with our diverse team, who encourage me to explore different aspects of care. I’ve completed my NVQ Levels 3 and 5 in Health and Social Care, along with other courses that have enhanced my knowledge and skills in the sector.

Hello, my name is Deana. I am a Care Coordinator at Kloay’s Care and have worked here for over a year.


I joined Kloay’s Care for a new challenge and to experience the administrative side of the care industry, having worked hands-on in care for 18 years.


I was warmly welcomed by both office staff and carers. They are a brilliant team to work alongside, with excellent knowledge of care and a shared passion for compassion, patience, and kindness.


I have supported people with a wide range of conditions and have been trained in all aspects of care. I’ve completed numerous training courses, including my NVQ Levels 3 and 5 in Health and Social Care. I love the work I do because I can see the difference my team and I make to our service users’ lives.

Hi, I’m Hollie, and I’ve worked for Kloay’s Care for three years. I started in the community as a healthcare assistant, then became an office administrator, and now work as the Field Supervisor.


I’ve worked in various care settings, including care homes and home-care services, for over ten years. I enjoy both sides of my job — going out into the community and gathering feedback from clients and carers to help us keep our service at its best.


I’ve learnt a great deal while working for Kloay’s Care, but there’s always more to learn. I’ve completed my Level 3 NVQ and plan to complete my Level 5, which will further my knowledge and help Kloay’s Care grow and adapt to the ever-changing care environment we work in.
