Thank you for being understanding, caring and wonderful during our new dementia journey. It’s been overwhelming at times but you’ve got our family through our first stages amazingly. A special thanks for all they have done so far for Mum. We really appreciate you. Thank you.
Thank you for your positive review your mum is a lovely lady to support, we are not only here to look after your mum we are here to try and make your and your family's life that little easier too if we can.
I moved to Kloays Care about 6 weeks ago from another care company in North Yorkshire. It has been such a good move, I feel I am getting my life back. I get up at 7.30 am in the morning and go to bed at about 9.30 pm at night and am so much better in myself. I move around with a frame so much better and I can do a lot more things for myself; I only have care morning and night and I manage to go to the toilet through the day by myself. The Management team and staff are excellent and treat me like a human being. The best move I have made. I ought to have done much earlier.
Thank you for your very kind words, we are so happy you chose to be a part of our family and that you are happy with the service you are receiving.
We have been using Kloay's Care for several months now. My mother has dementia, as well as physical problems, and carers come each morning to help her get up, dressed, breakfasted and ready for the day. We have found all the carers to be extremely kind and capable and my mother really looks forward to their visits and views them as friends. This is a company that has really listened to all our concerns, has a genuine understanding of the needs of elderly people (emotional as well as physical) and has gone the extra mile to build relationships (eg gifts at Christmas). Since I live some distance away, having Kloay's Care has given me peace of mind as I know that my mother is being well cared for, with some companionship each day, and the company will not hesitate to contact me if they feel that any issues need addressing.
Thank you for the lovely positive review, Kathryn, We strive to make everyone's visits personal to them and supporting a lovely lady like your mum makes it a pleasure to do our job.
Kloay's Care took over my father's personal palliative care from the NHS. From the first meeting, the family felt confident that the level of care would be of a high quality for my father. As he was still determined to be independent they assisted him with patience, care and a sprinkling of humour, they treated him with dignity and respect. I know that my father enjoyed the engagement he had with the team, and he was truly thankful for the support they gave him, and the laughs too. It was very hard for us to choose a care team to look after Dad in his final weeks, but I know we chose the right one for him. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kloay's Care to anyone in a similar situation.
Thank you, Larraine. It was an honour to have looked after your dad he was a lovely man and will be sadly missed. He brightened everyone's day up with his banter and laughter.
The carers, in general, were very friendly but in my opinion, lacked guidance from management.
I don’t think it appropriate to go into details here.
We are sorry to read your negative review. Rest assured, we have taken your review on board as we are always striving for improvement in all aspects of our business.
They were fabulous, they eased all our worries and concerns.
All care providers were very professional. We had care reviews to check not only that we were satisfied with the care given but to see if they could do more.
My sisters and I cannot thank the staff enough for the care and support they have shown both Dad and Mum.
Thank you again.
Brilliant service, carers were very kind and patient with my mum and dad, very caring. My dad became too ill with dementia, which meant he had to be cared for in a relevant care home. This meant my mum only living at home. When my mum became much worse with her dementia and we needed extra care at short notice, Kloay’s Care came up trumps. I don’t know how we would have managed without Kloay’s Care. The only reason we stopped using their service was because my mum needed 24/7 care in a care home.
It is was an absolute honour and pleasure to care for your mum and dad. We are very pleased you were happy with the service you received.

Having worked for the NHS for the last 12 years, providing care for adults with learning disabilities and previously to this, having worked with the elderly in a Residential Care Service for 4 years, I want to now provide these services in the private sector.
I have experience from a support working role doing the following: personal care for waking users, bathing, dressing, preparing meals, supporting eating and drinking, providing transport and attending appointments, and medication administration. Also, the supervisory role of planning and implementation of support plans, risk assessments and the handling of monies on the service user’s behalf. To the more fun roles of going on days out and taking service users’ holidays, all of which are planned by me with the service user.
I believe that I can provide a worthwhile and valuable contribution to the service users in the private care sector. I believe vulnerable people should be treated as individuals, regardless of their vulnerabilities; they should still be seen and heard in the same way as everyone else.
Hi, I’m Baljit, the Deputy Manager at Kloay’s Care. I’ve worked here for just over five years. I started as a home-care assistant and worked my way up to Care Coordinator — a role I held for two years before becoming Deputy Manager. Kloay’s Care promotes from within, so there are numerous opportunities for growth within the company.
My background is in administration. I completed a diploma in Medical Secretarial Work and worked for the hospital’s social services team for over ten years. I later joined Leicestershire Police in the control room before running my own convenience store for 20 years.
I enjoy working for Kloay’s Care as the role has brought out my caring nature. I didn’t think I could work as a carer, but with the right training and encouragement, I have become a confident and compassionate individual.
I enjoy working with our diverse team, who encourage me to explore different aspects of care. I’ve completed my NVQ Levels 3 and 5 in Health and Social Care, along with other courses that have enhanced my knowledge and skills in the sector.
Hello, my name is Deana. I am a Care Coordinator at Kloay’s Care and have worked here for over a year.
I joined Kloay’s Care for a new challenge and to experience the administrative side of the care industry, having worked hands-on in care for 18 years.
I was warmly welcomed by both office staff and carers. They are a brilliant team to work alongside, with excellent knowledge of care and a shared passion for compassion, patience, and kindness.
I have supported people with a wide range of conditions and have been trained in all aspects of care. I’ve completed numerous training courses, including my NVQ Levels 3 and 5 in Health and Social Care. I love the work I do because I can see the difference my team and I make to our service users’ lives.
Hi, I’m Hollie, and I’ve worked for Kloay’s Care for three years. I started in the community as a healthcare assistant, then became an office administrator, and now work as the Field Supervisor.
I’ve worked in various care settings, including care homes and home-care services, for over ten years. I enjoy both sides of my job — going out into the community and gathering feedback from clients and carers to help us keep our service at its best.
I’ve learnt a great deal while working for Kloay’s Care, but there’s always more to learn. I’ve completed my Level 3 NVQ and plan to complete my Level 5, which will further my knowledge and help Kloay’s Care grow and adapt to the ever-changing care environment we work in.
As the new face of Kloays care, you will hear me on the telephone, or why don’t you pop down to the office to find out more about us!
