After several months of care visits I was offered a chance to amend the number of carers and tasks they carried out.

HHMC have been providing care for my mother for several years now, enabling her to remain in her own home and ensuring she is well looked after. Diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, as her condition has progressed the level of care she requires has changed and I am very pleased at how HHMC have been proactive in adapting her care package accordingly and implementing strategies to ensure her comfort and safety. The carers have been marvelous at getting to know Mum and providing the necessary assistance so she can still get out and about to see friends and engage in the activities she enjoys. Their input has fantastic and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Each staff is well matched for my dad and I am grateful for the care and time they each give to his care. He has come to rely on the staff and looks forward to visits since he lives on his own. The owner, Diane is amazing; she is wonderful to work with and helps out in the details for his staff as well as the families. I am forever grateful for the care and time they give to my dad.

Home help me care started off providing companionship to my father, exploring his favourite places , as his care needs grew so did the package, nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful team of carers. They made a true difference to both our lives. Thank you

The team at Home Help Me Care provided daily care for my elderly great aunt for approximately 5 months. We upped the service from 2 to 4 times a day as her needs increased. With the extremely caring and professional support of HHMC enabled my Aunt to spend an additional 5 precious months at home before she went into a care home. My Aunt responded well to the support, built warm relationships with her carers and we received regular valuable updates on her wellbeing. Some of the team even went to visit my Aunt in her new care home in their own time to see how she was settling in. I would have no hesitation in recommending HHMC.

Like a great many elderly people my Mother (95) was extremely reluctant to accept or even discuss any form of help in the home. We as a family were finding it increasingly difficult to meet Mum's daily needs. With much trepidation I arranged for a visit from Home Help me Care to discuss what they could offer Mum in the way of help to enable her to continue to live safely in her own home. Amazingly Mum felt instantly comfortable with the staff member who visited and needed no persuasion to accept their help. From day one Mum has loved the time she spends with her carer, looking forward to every visit considering her to be a good friend. On the odd occasion when a different carer needs to visit we are kept informed and Mum loves them all. Home Help me Care go above and beyond to make sure Mum is happy, cared for and safe. I consider that Home Help Me Care offer a unique personal service which many other providers could learn a lot from. The sector needs more like them! Simply wonderful!

My mother has been so well looked after by every single carer that has visited her flat. She was reluctant to get help initially but very soon looked forward to her carer visits. Mum expressed a preference for female carers, and that was no problem. I overhead her telling a friend, she likes her daughter but loves her carers. There are notes available after each visit I can see online to know what happened on a particular visit, or if they noted she was a bit down I could go and visit her. My Mum is registered blind and can't use her television or radio any longer. Some carers would play old songs to her from their phones or sing and dance with her which she loved, it's certainly going above and beyond what was expected. There have never been any missed visits. Any worries about her health by a carer I would be contacted and told about it. I am so lucky to have found these incredible ladies care for my Mum over the past year.

My mother continues to receive wonderful care from the visiting carers. They have all been so friendly and helpful with my mother and offer a genuinely caring service. I couldn't have asked for more from them. We have access to notes and have an immediate response with updated information when needed.

Communication with the kind and professional office team is excellent. I am glad to have found them.

I contacted Home Help Me Care before going to hospital for surgery. The staff were immediately understanding and could not have been more kind and helpful. Following discharge from hospital I had home visits daily for the few weeks that were required. Each visit was on time and the carers were keen to do all they could to assist me.

Home Help Me Care has been a lifeline for our family. They've supported my mum, who's living with Alzheimer's, with such kindness, patience, and respect. We have relied on the exceptional care provided by Home Help since 2020. Initially companionship visits for my mother with dementia and ultimately daily care for my father, battling stage 4 cancers. I cannot fault the time, support and level of care they provided . We valued the continuity of carers and the meaningful relationships forged with both parents. Their care allowed Dad to retain his independence and remain at home, for as long as possible. This was so important for him . There were many challenges along the way, and Home Help provided critical support for the family too, not just in terms of ensuring the correct levels of support and adapting to Dad's changing needs, but also helping the family to navigate the social care systems and ensure an increase in his funding. When the time came and Dad had to move, Home Help were entirely supportive and encouraging of the same, which eased the pressure on everybody. He so enjoyed visits from his carers after his move.

In May/June 2024, I became very unwell. Home Help Me Care could not have done more to assist me. They came out of hours to help assist me in getting emergency medical attention. Visited me in hospital, assisted with discharge and supported me at home. Without their supporting care I would not have made the full recovery I have. I enjoy seeing the girls and they enable me to live independently. Thank you for all your help.
