Pure Heart were recommended to us - and I'm really glad they were. From day one, my 91-year-old father was shown great respect and kindness by both admin staff and the carers who came to visit. When his health started to deteriorate, the choice was care home or a significantly beefed-up package with PH and his response was instant: "Pure Heart, please".
Simply put, he realised what was best for him. They really took the weight off my shoulders, and helped dad retain his independence and dignity, showing great compassion and patience turning what could have been a stressful situation into a quite enjoyable experience.

I cannot praise them enough. They were, quite simply, brilliant

The carers were always punctual and professional. They cared for my mum with kindness and understanding of her needs. They would carry out there duties and then spend time talking with mum. This meant she would have news or stories to tell me about when I visited.

Overall Experience

I have some ladies that come to me excellent, the younger ones good company. The staff member today was lovely, another member of staff is excellent. But unfortunately district nurses rang office to ask if the girls could wash and dry curtain bits but as yet no one has this instruction. I am doing this myself the best to my knowledge. So I was disappointed in that.

Overall Experience

I cannot praise the staff and management of Pure Heart enough. Without them I would not have managed my very dear husband up to the last two weeks of his life of which he was taken into a care home for 24/7 nursing care. I would like to say a very big thank you to you all.

For two years my husband received care from many different carers, all of which showed patience, care and understanding as his dementia developed. they also looked after and advised me. I couldn't have coped with out them. Thank you Pure Heart.

The team came to our aid at very short notice, providing support and care during a period of dad's incapacitation.
They went to great lengths to both accommodate our flexible needs and existing care regime, and couldn't have been more helpful.

Not only happy to recommend, but also am pleased to have this opportunity to express our gratitude publicly.

Pure Heart gave a really good service, can't fault them. They always managed to be available for anything that cropped up. Mum's health greatly deteriorated in her final months and Pure Heart did everything it could to help. Thank you.

Overall Experience

We had to book short notice for a family funeral which was some distance away and required us to stay overnight, as usual Pure Heart came up trumps and managed to organise our daughter's usual carer. We cannot fault Pure Heart's team of staff and carers. We never worry now about leaving her knowing we have left her in safe, reliable hands and can take some time away for short holidays, giving us a much-needed break. Thank you to all at Pure Heart, we'd be lost without you!

Overall Experience

Pure Heart have supported my uncle from December 2023 up until his admission to a hospice this Easter. During that time they were hugely supportive to his needs. They went out of their way on several occasions to ensure his care needs were met. They were very supportive to me being his next of kin, and I found their app to be very helpful in keeping tabs on what was happening with me living nearly 20 miles away from my uncle.

Overall Experience

I have recently had to increase my care at home due to becoming ill. Pure Heart was already visiting me once a week but now I am having to have daily visits. This has been a really upsetting time for me as I feel that I am becoming more unable. What I didn't realise was the day that I felt so nervous about calling the office and speaking to the ladies to ask for more help was going to be the best experience that I could have. I spoke with one lady and she was so friendly and reassuring that I was completely at ease about this change in my life. I am a very independent person and always have been and the respect and kindness that this lady gave was lovely. I can only go on to say that the carers who come in to see me are all lovely and make me feel so good about the care that I receive. Thank you Pure Heart for all your support.

My sister and I have used Pureheart over the last 18 months or so to help us care for our mum who has Dementia. I cannot praise the team highly enough! The carers are so kind, caring and professional. My mum enjoys seeing them all when they come in and she loves the chatting and companionship they also bring when they visit! The office staff are amazing too. They are so helpful, quick to respond and to sort any request for us that we might ask of them. I highly recommend Pureheart Homecare without reservation.

Overall Experience

We have received support from your carers, currently once a week. This is for personal care generally. Having a Colostomy I need help with the care about four times each day. We are very happy to show the carers how to manage this. If any carers are anxious about Colostomy Care in general we do need to have this information, so that appropriate support can be given if required. In general, your service is good.

The service user has been under the care of Pure Heart for five years. There are a number of complex mobility and mental health issues... Pure Heart are always extremely supportive and their staff engage favourably with the service user.

Very well managed with some excellent carers. On behalf of my father, I am pleased to say that Pure Heart provides a high-quality service. Visiting on a regular basis, the carers are polite, conscientious and diligent in their approach, always leaving my ‘ol dad happy. On contacting the office, any query is dealt with in a professional manner and in person, a rare commodity these days.

Overall Experience

Pure Heart Homecare provided my parents with real care. All of the staff were very efficient and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and communication was excellent. My parents both required care, but it was tailored to them individually, and both were very comfortable with all of the carers. I could not have managed without their help, which I had from December 2022 to May 2023. The only reason it did not continue was because my mother died in April, and Dad was too sad and scared to be in the house alone. He is now in a care home. Thank you, Pure Heart, from the bottom of my heart; you were all so kind and helpful.

Overall Experience
Not only did this company do a wonderful job of looking after my wife, a cancer patient at home on palliative care, but two carers actually helped save my life when I had a cardiac arrest in front of them. Their skill and professionalism kept me alive until the ambulance arrived. Above and beyond their duty. They are respectful and humorous and my wife looked forward to their visits.

I enjoy the conversation with all the staff that visit us they are nearly always cheerful and pleasant. I think they all genuinely care about me, especially the management. They are helpful and will do tasks I request if they can.
