I found Pure Heart to be most accommodating with my mother's ever-changing needs. The carers were kind and friendly and really looked after my mum as you would wish for, in her own home. The directors are most professional and lovely to chat to about ideas and needs to make the experience of home care the best it can be. Thank you, Pure Heart, for all you did for my mum.

Nicole has been working within the Healthcare industry for many years and has been managing services for the past four years.

Nicole has experience with working with all different needs and strengths of people, including Adults with a Learning Disability, Adults with a Physical disability the elderly and Dementia patients.

Nicole strives on an open and honest culture and being approachable, She feels that it is important for Management to understand and have worked all the roles that we offer as a company.

Nicole's role in the company is to ensure that we are compliant and follow Care Quality Commissions (CQC) guidelines; providing Safe Effective Caring Responsive and Well led Services. Nicole provides support in recruitment and development with staff and performs audits of the service.
