Pure Heart have done a wonderful job caring for my mother whom has severe Alzheimer’s with complex needs and challenging behaviour. It was paramount to match the right carer for this job, the co-ordinator at Pure heart was superb and always made sure the right carer was put in place. When we had regular staff, the care was excellent, but in peak periods like school holidays, sometimes there were different staff daily, and the standards were not always consistent. Everyone was very kind, but lack of experience showed at times.

In our hour of need, Pure Heart Homecare was there to support us with what was an extremely difficult time with the hospital wanting to discharge my father-in-law as quickly as possible during the pandemic. The manager liaised with the hospital, helped us with making sure we had all the correct equipment and was able to provide care the very next day. The support workers were incredible, so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. I felt confident that my father-in-law was well looked after. Thank you for everything you did to support us and care for him.
The company are so friendly, and the staff really look after me. I usually see the same carer once a week, and I have come to rely on her with everything that I need help with. The experience with Pure Heart is very positive. The staff and carers show understanding and empathy, providing a safe and secure environment. The first time we were introduced to the team manager was during the post-operative period last year and subsequently this year following a further period in the hospital when my needs were evaluated. The organisation have supported my partner and me with our various needs during this time.
At the beginning of June, we needed care at home for our mum. Conversations with Pure Heart were positive and Mum arrived home. Any problems were always handled well, and someone was always at the end of a phone if we needed extra care. Mum settled down well with the Pure Heart team, always caring and spending time getting to know M, her needs, her likes and dislikes. For the family, the team were always able to discuss our worries. Putting our minds at rest or pointing us in the right direction when we struggled with things. My wish was that we had discovered Pure Heart earlier in the year, and Mum had more time with such a caring team. When we needed night care, Pure Heart managed to put care in place with a days notice, which allowed us to keep Mum at home to the end. Excellent care team; we highly recommend.
The management and carers are very engaging and the company has a can-do approach, they are proactive in not only highlighting issues but providing support and suggestions to actively resolve them. They frequently go the extra mile.
The communication lines are very strong which has been vital during the current pandemic when visiting restrictions are in place.
During this period the care package was swiftly adapted so my father sees only 1 dedicated carer during the course of the week.
This carer has made a huge difference during this very challenging period and we are very grateful for all her hard work.

Pure Heart Homecare took on the care of my mother when she came out of the care home in May; they have gone above and beyond to care for mum. They took her to collect her prescriptions and to the daycare centre once a month to get her out of the house. They even stayed with her when she had her last fall. Once again thank you to all the carers who looked after my mum, they made her laugh, and brightened up her day.

Laura has a background in working in the healthcare industry as an accountant. Laura provides support to the Company having the skills to liaise with Service Users and families to create a relaxed and comfortable approach when dealing with personal finances.
Laura is responsible for ensuring that the company is effective.
Nicole has been working within the Healthcare industry for many years and has been managing services for the past four years.
Nicole has experience with working with all different needs and strengths of people, including Adults with a Learning Disability, Adults with a Physical disability the elderly and Dementia patients.
Nicole strives on an open and honest culture and being approachable, She feels that it is important for Management to understand and have worked all the roles that we offer as a company.
Nicole's role in the company is to ensure that we are compliant and follow Care Quality Commissions (CQC) guidelines; providing Safe Effective Caring Responsive and Well led Services. Nicole provides support in recruitment and development with staff and performs audits of the service.
