Pure Heart Homecare

Pure Heart Homecare provided my parents with real care. All of the staff were very efficient and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and communication was excellent. My parents both required care, but it was tailored to them individually, and both were very comfortable with all of the carers. I could not have managed without their help, which I had from December 2022 to May 2023. The only reason it did not continue was because my mother died in April, and Dad was too sad and scared to be in the house alone. He is now in a care home. Thank you, Pure Heart, from the bottom of my heart; you were all so kind and helpful.

I enjoy the conversation with all the staff that visit us they are nearly always cheerful and pleasant. I think they all genuinely care about me, especially the management. They are helpful and will do tasks I request if they can.

Pure Heart have done a wonderful job caring for my mother whom has severe Alzheimer’s with complex needs and challenging behaviour. It was paramount to match the right carer for this job, the co-ordinator at Pure heart was superb and always made sure the right carer was put in place. Pure Heart provided care for my aunt, who wanted to return home after a trial stay in a care home. The team are nothing short of wonderful and went the extra mile when my aunt fell ill and needed additional around-the-clock care. Our carer is very good, kind and considerate. They are very good at showering my husband, and he feels very safe with her. My husband doesn’t like change as he has dementia, and he is very grateful we have the same carer.

All the staff are well trained and professional and also give us as a family a lot of support with other matters. From the office staff to the staff on the ground, thank you for your hard work and dedication.

When we had regular staff, the care was excellent, but in peak periods like school holidays, sometimes there were different staff daily, and the standards were not always consistent. Everyone was very kind, but lack of experience showed at times.

I can only say that I was treated with care, patience and above all respect from each of your employees. I have no complaints whatsoever. They were polite at all times and very helpful, a credit to your company. I would recommend them to anyone.

In our hour of need, Pure Heart Homecare was there to support us with what was an extremely difficult time with the hospital wanting to discharge my father-in-law as quickly as possible during the pandemic. The manager liaised with the hospital, helped us with making sure we had all the correct equipment and was able to provide care the very next day. The support workers were incredible, so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. I felt confident that my father-in-law was well looked after. Thank you for everything you did to support us and care for him.

The company are so friendly, and the staff really look after me. I usually see the same carer once a week, and I have come to rely on her with everything that I need help with. I really appreciate all the staff do for me and look forward to their visit every week. I recommend Pure Heart Homecare to all my friends. Well done, everyone.

The experience with Pure Heart is very positive. The staff and carers show understanding and empathy, providing a safe and secure environment. The first time we were introduced to the team manager was during the post-operative period last year and subsequently this year following a further period in the hospital when my needs were evaluated. The organisation have supported my partner and me with our various needs during this time.

At the beginning of June, we needed care at home for our mum. Conversations with Pure Heart were positive and Mum arrived home. Any problems were always handled well, and someone was always at the end of a phone if we needed extra care. Mum settled down well with the Pure Heart team, always caring and spending time getting to know M, her needs, her likes and dislikes. For the family, the team were always able to discuss our worries. Putting our minds at rest or pointing us in the right direction when we struggled with things. My wish was that we had discovered Pure Heart earlier in the year, and Mum had more time with such a caring team. When we needed night care, Pure Heart managed to put care in place with a days notice, which allowed us to keep Mum at home to the end. Excellent care team; we highly recommend.

This carer has made a huge difference during this very challenging period and we are very grateful for all her hard work.

Pure Heart Homecare took on the care of my mother when she came out of the care home in May; they have gone above and beyond to care for mum. They took her to collect her prescriptions and to the daycare centre once a month to get her out of the house. They even stayed with her when she had her last fall. Once again thank you to all the carers who looked after my mum, they made her laugh, and brightened up her day.
