Carers go above and beyond to care for all the needs of my mother, who has various illnesses, mainly being the effects of dementia. To be under the care of Curantis Healthcare has improved her life tenfold. When dealing with management all issues are dealt with professionally and promptly and if follow-ups
are needed it's always available. I have to really appreciate the dedication shown in all aspects for my mother's well-being.

The directors have always treated me with great respect and care. They paired me up with a support worker who has literally made my life worth living again, I can't speak highly enough of the service provided for me.

The staff are really professional, polite, helpful and understanding. They are punctual and take very good care of my dad. What also helps is that we have dedicated staff who visit daily and this really helps with my dad's dementia (as he cannot remember too many different faces).
The help provided
is useful for us as it gives my mom and the rest of the family some break, who otherwise are caring constantly. Another aspect is the carers speak Urdu language and this really helps us as Dad only understands Urdu!

Reliable, caring service. My mother has had the same team of carers for the last eight months who are trusted and valued in our home. My mother has multiple health issues and at 90 is very frail; she has been cared for extremely well.

My name is Dawn, and I enrolled with Curantis Healthcare in 2018 in a part-time role as Care Co-ordinator. I have a vast history of working within the care sector and working with service users with mental health and learning disabilities. I completed my Level 3 in 2018 & Level 5 in 2020/2021, and I have also completed the trainer qualification in 2021. I have recently taken over as Registered Manager, and my role is now to ensure the daily smooth running of Curantis Healthcare, managing the office staff and carers, and making sure that all staff are trained to a high standard. Dawn works to ensure that all visits are covered, ensuring that the service users' preferences are taken into account. Dawn works to ensure that quality care is provided and service users' needs and wishes are taken into account. My aim is to offer our clients a safe a well-led service throughout their time with Curantis Healthcare.

My Name is Charli-Rose, and I started my role as a care coordinator for Curantis Healthcare in 2025.
