I would like to really thank the girls from Ready Care Services from the bottom of my heart for providing such professional and dignified support to my dad. Carers supported my dad with kindness and respect. When I asked my dad about the service, his words were “they really care”. Staff are very punctual
and have always had a people-centric approach, which shows how much effort every member of staff makes to keep the clients comfortable. The management has always been very transparent and they discuss any concerns regarding care immediately. I always recommend Ready Care Services to friends and family, as this is the biggest peace of mind that our loved ones are being well looked after.

Very impressed with Ready Care Services, my nan had Parkinson’s and sadly had to go into a nursing home after Christmas, her carers were her lifeline whilst at home, they always arrived happy and ready to take care of any of my nan's needs. Her commode was always clean, her food was always given to
her on time and she had a great routine with them all.
If you are looking for a carer for your family try these people I can’t thank them enough.

Good all round service and amazing communications with office staff. All carers do an amazing job, never had any issues regarding their service. My nan never has a bad word to say about the staff and looks forward to the carers coming to assist her.

Outstanding service from the very first meeting. Care for Grandad was set up at very short notice and all the ladies were a wonderful help. I would recommend Ready Care Services to anyone. Times were perfect for Grandad and he loved them all. The office staff were extremely professional and helpful,
even in the early hours of the morning.

My nan came home to die last year. All of the carers that cared for her were amazing and supportive of the family. The office staff were brilliant in ensuring if we could not be there that the carers were with Nan. Overall, they eased a very horrible and stressful time with their kindness.

Right from the beginning, everyone has been so kind and helpful. Now that dad's condition has deteriorated all the carers are being so good with him which really helps me so much.

We found all staff - office and careers friendly, helpful and most of all caring and kind. The care teams where mostly the same ladies, so got to know Dad. He felt safe and confident with them, and they treated him with dignity and compassion. They always made the time to chat and joke with him, which
brightened his day.
During the 12-months of care, they always notified us of any changes or concerns they had his health, safety and well-being was paramount.

I would just like to pass on my thanks and praise to all the lovely staff who cared for my mother in the last weeks of her life. Everyone in the team treated my mum with the utmost kindness and care, and we as a family could see the difference in Mum, and how much happier and comfortable she was with
everyone that visited. We really appreciated all their help, support and advice they gave us at such a difficult time.

We have been using Ready Care Services Ltd for a little over 2 months. I requested an early call and the carer arrived between 7.45 and 8.30 each morning which is 100% up on the previous entity. They are courteous and put my wife's cares behind her. We hope to continue with Ready Care Services Ltd.

Prashant Setia is the Managing Director and has been in the healthcare sector for over 20 years. Prashant is a qualified Occupational Therapist and specialises in neuro-rehabilitation, reablement, major adaptions assessment, manual handling assessment and double-handed care reviews. Prashant has led rehabilitation teams at Addenbrookes, St. Mary’s Paddington, Royal Free Neuro Rehabilitation, Hammersmith Hospital, Watford General and Heatherwood Hospital. He has also supported Essex County Council to reduce the waiting list for Occupational Therapy assessment. Prashant has worked closely with individuals who have been involved in effectively assessing and recommending equipment and adaptions to enable people to remain living in their own homes. He has undertaken reviews for double-handed care packages, risk assessing, reviewing reablement potential and the correct use of equipment in situ to achieve individuals’ goals and aspirations.

Stacy Brewis is our Care Manager. She coordinates the care staff and ensures that everyone’s care needs are met.

Stacey has over 17 years of experience in the health sector and has established good working relationships with all our clients, their families and her colleagues at all levels.
