I have been very happy with the care provided to my Dad. Very good service and helpful staff.
My mum has had bad arthritis in her back and her mobility was really poor. The staff were very compassionate and friendly. They were adaptable to my mum’s needs and it certainly took a little pressure off the family. Thank you for your help and assistance.
Over the years I have received care from 3 other agencies, but this one is the most reliable and very professional.
We required urgent care needs and the staff met is prior to mum being discharged and took time to visit the home and meet the client prior to discharge. The carers were always on time, cheerful, caring and brought a smile to my mum every day. The carers paid attention to detail applying creams and combing her hair. The service was very professional and we were extremely pleased with the wonderful service they presented.
I found them very prompt and reliable and very caring while my wife was seriously ill and unable to walk.
The carers were considerate of my needs, very helpful and kind.
All the ladies are lovely. They are kind, considerate and very punctual.
We were wary of having strangers in the house but then quickly became friends. They look after my husband with tender care and humour and they are very capable and knowledgeable. We feel very lucky to have them.
