Denise joined Safe Choice Care in 2019 as a dedicated care assistant and has since grown into a key member of the team. Through hard work and continuous professional development, including NVQs and specialist training, she has advanced her career and now plays a vital role in assessing and supporting both new and existing service users.

With a keen eye for detail, Denise ensures that all documentation is accurate and thorough, maintaining the highest standards in record-keeping and care planning. She is highly approachable and has built strong, trusting relationships with service users and their families, always taking the time to listen and address their needs with care and professionalism.

She is responsible for overseeing service users well-being, coordinating medical requests, and ensuring MAR charts are always up to date.
