The carers from Safe Choice are all real caring people. That's what counts to me more than anything. My wife was in the care profession for 40 years. Now it's her turn to be cared for. They certainly do.
I find Safe Choice Care an excellent service with friendly people at the end of the phone in the office, we are very pleased with the standard of care given and the care taken to ensure our family member is well cared for.
Thank you for your feedback, I am very pleased you are enjoying your support from Safe Choice Care.

Thank you for your feedback. I will pass this message on to our team and hopefully see a more consistent outcome with staff/timings.
Help with dressing and personal care including checking incontinence pads in place.
Mum has her main assistant and I've also met her other carer. Mum has settled and is quite excited to see her main assistant, Mum speaks highly of her, which is great to hear.
For us as a family, it’s given us extra time to do what we need to do, knowing Mum is looked after. It really makes a difference to our lives having a company and their team helping to relieve the stress. As I always say; if Mum’s happy, we’re happy!
Many thanks, Administraton Manager.
The care I receive is excellent as I would find it so difficult getting showered and dressed each day. I have found the carers to be polite, kind and so helpful. Long may your services continue. I truly appreciate the help given.
Thank you for your kind words. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
I am pleased to report for the second time this year our complete satisfaction with the care provided by your staff. Throughout this reporting period, which relates to the last four months, the staff have demonstrated a professional and proactive approach and performed the most onerous tasks easily. A useful tool they have at their disposal is the messaging app which enables individuals to alert their colleagues to any new developments. This has meant that the staff are fully informed at all times and able to adjust easily going forward. Since last April the staff have fully integrated themselves to this household and have offered friendly advice to help improve the routine on occasions. Well done to all concerned and more of the same please.
Thank you for your kind words and feedback. It is highly appreciated. Glad you are enjoying your care visits.
On the whole my mother is very happy with the carers who visit her. There have been occasions when the carer has either turned up too early, sometimes an hour early and sometimes a little late. We do appreciate that sticking to certain time frames can be tricky due to either staff sickness or unexpected absences but, when my mother expects a lunchtime visit between 12.30 and 1 pm to help with the cooking of her lunch and the carer turns up as early as 11.45 am then it is pointless the carer being there. Similar has happened at teatime. The allotted time is between 5.30 pm and 6 pm and the carer has called as early as 4.30 pm which is far too early to help my mother prepare her evening meal. On these occasions, my mother has sent the carer away without them actually doing anything for her as she appreciates that some of their other clients have greater needs than hers.
Thank you for your feedback and being understanding. We do appreciate it can be frustrating when you don’t get the times that you prefer, we do endeavour to get it right. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances can have an impact on the timings. We will take into consideration your thoughts and work on improving this.
Mum is happy with all the carers and service provided.
On rare occasions, punctuality has been on the late side, but overall everything has worked out and there's never been a day that carers have not attended.
My wife passed away on the 10th of October and although she was cared for for only a short few days, she enjoyed the very best of wonderful care possible. Every member of her team that she met became her friends, totally dedicated, professional and loving in every way. I would not hesitate to recommend Safe Choice to anyone who is in need of care and support by a complete professional and dedicated company and team in the future.
Thank you for your kind words. Our thoughts are with you and your family.
My mum has had Safe Choice for four years now, three times a day, all through the pandemic too, the carers are kind, considerate, wear appropriate PPE when required, they wash, change, assist and support my mum's personal care needs, as well as preparing food, loading washing and dryer machine, often having a good chat and laugh along the way. In illness, paramedics and myself are contacted immediately. We are more than happy with the service provided by Safe Choice. Thank you.
Safe Choice Care are very supportive, they provide good care, they are reliable, always there if we need help. They are always very respectful. Very supportive. When I have been in hospital and needed extra support when returning home, they have also supported the family, which we appreciate.
We have received home care from Safe Choice for over a year now and are fully satisfied with their service. All of their staff are willing and able to undertake any of the personal care required. Occasionally we also have various trainees who are keen to learn and are watched very closely by the more experienced members of the team.
You have a lovely team of carers who call on my mother twice a day. They deal with her care needs, have a chat with her, and check on her well-being. My mother and her family are very appreciative of the service you provide.
