I visit my sister and brother-in-law two or three times a week. The carers I have met have all been very nice, friendly, caring, professional and kind. My family are happy and content with the service they receive and it is a comfort to me knowing they are safe in your care.
Thank you for your kind words. We are delighted that we can provide a service that gives such comfort to families.
My carer is a very helpful person. She always gives attention to the people that she can help and supports everyone. She is really kind, patient, honest, dedicated. She can help with administering medication.
Thank you for your kind words, we are delighted we are having a positive impact for you.
My husband is very satisfied with the care provided at Atwell. The staff are all cheerful and courteous and respectful of him and his needs. They always arrive within the one-hour window (7-15 - 8.15 pm) as required. He prefers the more mature healthcare workers, but all the staff have been kind and considerate.
Atwell Care have been very good on the whole but of course, initially, there were problems understanding what I wanted them to do. Variety may be the spice of life, but it became tedious having to repeat instructions to so many carers then to find one or the other getting it wrong anyway. Still, after a while, all settled down and I got used to one carer who got it right. As I have been washing or dressing when they left, it might have been under half an hour so maybe they need more to do.
Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback and the wonderful written report on our service.
