The only negative I had was that I had to ask for company from my carer and it was pointed out that the carer waits to be asked, as they prefer to give client privacy. I didn't want privacy, I wanted company but now that has been resolved.
Liz, it is an honour to support you and we are grateful to know that you are satisfied with the level of companionship that you are receiving. We always aim to offer services with a difference that brings joy to the client.
Thank you all so much for your care and support.
Thank you, Sandra; it was an honour to support your brother.
Although your services were regrettably only required for a short while, the caring and helpful attitude at all times resulted in my auntie's last days being peaceful. Particular thanks to the live-in carer and the manager.
Thank you, Roy, it was an honour to support your aunt.
Compassionate Heart, and the manager especially, have been invaluable over the last few months for my mum. Since June, and with very little notice, she needed her support increased to have a live-in carer and this was managed very promptly and smoothly and enabled my mum to stay in her own home. The addition of the online notes with 24-hour access was very reassuring for us. Thank you so much to the manager and your staff.
Thank you, Simon, it was an honour to support your mum. Your mum was special to us.
My father was particularly lucky to have been provided with a carer who had a very bubbly personality and who got on extremely well with him. They shared a lot of laughter together and enjoyed each others company. My father was always treated with respect and I felt happy knowing that he was being looked after well in his own home around his own belongings.
Thank you Ann, it was an honour to support your dad.
Once a level of care was agreed it was carried out with care and consideration. There was excellent communication between Compassionate Heart and myself. They would alert me to any concerns and I felt able to communicate any issues with them as they occurred and I felt confident they would be resolved.
Thank you Jane for the review. It was an honour to support your mum and I hope all is going well.
Compassionate Heart have supported my father since last summer when he was discharged from hospital following a stroke. We have been extremely pleased with the support and care they give to him and my mum who they also support to care for him. They have worked flexibly with us changing plans until we have got the right support in place and have been responsive as his needs have changed. We would highly recommend them. Thank you to the great team around Dad. We are extremely grateful for all you do.
Thank you Jo for the review. It is an honour to support your dad.
I engaged the company for my mother as she had vascular dementia and I couldn’t cope. I was given excellent help and advice from the staff at all times up until Mother went into a care home. I would not hesitate to recommend Compassionate Heart to anybody for their excellent services.
Thank you so much for the review. Your mother was a remarkable lady and it was a pleasure to be able to support her.
My relatives lived 100 miles from me and I needed carers to help them each day with their daily routines. The staff and owner of Compassionate Heart were absolute angels and gave me great peace of mind knowing they were well looked after when I couldn't visit. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this agency to anybody who is currently looking for an agency either for themselves or a relative.
Thank you for the review, Pauline. It an honour to be able to support your relatives.
The manager and her team provide very thorough and caring support for my father 24/7. She will come out and assist with matters at a moment's notice. This includes supporting my father on several occasions when he has gone in and out of hospital. We are very happy with the service.
Thank you, Steve, for the review. It has been an honour to have served your family for the last 3 years.
The director's care was impeccable. She combined her professional approach with great humanity and compassion - as the name of the company suggests. She was dearly loved by my aunt and during theses difficult times, she drove her to the care home, where she is now happily living - a task which I would have carried out, had I been able. I was able to entrust the care of my aunt to her the director, entirely and without any qualms.
Thank you Jenny for the review. It was an honour to serve your aunt, and to know that she has settled well in her new home.
I will always remember and be forever grateful for the amazing care and support we received from Compassionate Heart. I cannot fault the professionalism, kind and cheerful way in which they helped us through a very difficult time. I would totally recommend this caring company.
Thank you so much for this review. It was an honour to be able to support your husband.

Thank you. It's been a pleasure offering our services to your family.
