I can't thank Julie and her team enough! Not just for the patience and care they gave my Aunt at extremely short notice but just as much for the care, consideration and advise they gave me. The team came highly recommend by my Aunts neighbour's thankfully and I don't know where we'd have been without them. Every carer was respectful of my Aunts situation, they went above and beyond giving her what she needed from the big things to simply popping out for food when the shopping hadn't arrived. Most importantly they gave her not just care but company and for that I am forever grateful.

All the staff are kind , patient and adaptable.

Sierra Home care provide excellent care to my elderly Mum with dementia. Nothing is too much trouble, they accomodate for all her needs inclusive of food preparation, assistance with medication , trips out including weekly singing and companionship, flat cleaning and washing and dressing. Their support has immensely improved Mum's quality of life. Mum recently had a 90th Birthday which the carers attended it was wonderful to see the friendships formed between Mum and the carers this truely gave me peace of mind that she was happy and content whilst being supported in her later years. I live at distance from Mum so this peace of mind and support is invaluable, the carers and manager Julie will always contact me if there is an issue and keep me updated regarding any change. They are equally responsive to any requirements in terms of hospital appointments, visits to the haidressers, GP or Dentist. Thank you Sierra Homecare for everything you do it is trully valued and appreciated.

I have been cared for by Sierra for the last four years, and have found them to be most professional, reliable, punctual and, above all, caring. Every carer is fully aware of my degenerative condition, and yet they all have an amazing sense of humour to lighten up my day.

Sierra Homecare provide support to my mum whilst I am at work, assisting with meal preparation, medication prompting and encouraging mum to complete daily exercises. Mum loves to see the carers and has formed great relationships with all of them. Sierra ensure that mum has a small team of regular carers and if a new carer joins the team the carer is accompanied by an established carer until they are ready to work independently. All the carers are professional, caring and compassionate. Mum looks forward to their visits and I feel reassured that mum is being well looked after whilst I am at work.

Sierra are amazing! They visit my dad twice a day. Every employee is so polite and friendly and incredibly patient, while gently encouraging. Not only are they amazing with my dad they are so support of me too. With any extra time they have, they spot things which may need doing around the house and do them, saving me time and giving me more time to sit with dad. The company is very understanding and flexible and have worked together with me as our needs have changed and altered. Their communication is always quick, clear and polite. I really couldn't recommend them enough.

Sierra Homecare has been supporting my parents since June 2023. From the very start, the owner took the time to personally introduce the company, understand our family situation, and clearly explain how they could help. As my parents' needs have grown over time, Sierra Homecare has adapted seamlessly, increasing support with thoughtfulness and care. Their compassion, reliability, and respect have made a real difference to my parents' wellbeing and to our family's peace of mind.

Sierra started to provide carers for my mother in August 24. From our initial meetings to now I have been so impressed by the service they provide. Carers visit mum twice a day and are always punctual, reliable and caring. A weekly schedule of times for visits is provided and this reassures mum and me as I know she is seeing someone every morning and then again in the evening. Any concerns have always been brought to my attention and nothing seems too much trouble. New members of staff are always introduced with familiar faces and I know mum finds this really comforting. The relief I feel knowing she is being taken care of so well has really helped me and the family, and I would not hesitate to recommend Sierra homecare - and have done !

I contacted Sierra Homecare for my parents who are both in their 90s with very limited mobility. They were struggling with the day to day tasks of living in their home, but were adamant that they did not want to move into residential care. The wonderful team at Sierra Homecare have made this possible. From the initial visit to the gradual introduction of all the carers Mum & Dad have felt supported and listened to. My dad has early on set dementia and we needed a company who we could trust, the staff are amazing. My dad loves to see his carers. He cannot wait for them to visit. My Mum has dementia and has become quite frail. From the first conversation we felt Sierra understood exactly what Mum needed. As a small Care Agency you don't feel like it's all about the money. They were all extremely professional and a delight to talk to. Mum really enjoyed their visits too. Whenever we had a query or a medical issue the office were always at hand and extremely helpful. When Mum went into hospital Sierra kept in touch with me to see how she was - how lovely is that! I highly recommend Sierra to anyone looking for personal assistance.

I was first introduced to Sierra Homecare a month after my dear father passed away . . As soon as the manager picked up the phone I felt I could talk and the empathy and understanding was immediately there . The manager and her team guided us through and we are now 10 months in. The team at Sierra know exactly her needs and wants they provide a wonderful companionship , outings , walks , meals etc ..The manager is great at the communication side with us and if there are any doubts or concerns they are easily dealt with but of course the experience of the team know just how to help and reassure mum. I've noticed wonderful relationships build with mum and would highly recommend the team to friends and family .
