Person-centred care is offered to facilitate people who wish to remain living in their own homes for as long as they possibly can.

My mum had Sierra Homecare look after her for two years before she recently needed full-time care.
Sierra Homecare provided excellent, professional carers. Mum really enjoyed and looked forward to their visits every day. The carers are kind, friendly and respectful in all aspects of their work. Nothing
is too much trouble, and they always went above and beyond for Mum. They would support her in all of her personal daily needs and support her with her daily exercises.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sierra Homecare for your loved one.

I feel very fortunate t have my care needs provided by Sierra. All their staff arrive at the arranged time, never late. The staff are notated during the week, which I find very good practice. I always find something of mutual interest to talk about in the short time they are with me. They are never
flustered or hurried with my care needs, and they get me in a positive mood for the rest of the day. Quite excellent all-round!

The manager and her team give me the perfect support I need to deal with my mum's dementia. Mum has company each day and I am able to leave the house knowing mum is in safe hands.

My daughter has been unwell for many years. This prevented her from working and socialising so she hasn't many friends. The Sierra Homecare ladies have more than made up for this and knowing that my daughter is no longer isolated as she was means a great deal to me and her. I wish we had known about

My name is Malcolm Stewart, and I am the founder of Sierra HomeCare, along with my wife Julle.


I decided to set up the company following my own personal experiences when trying to source care for two of my brothers diagnosed with Alzheimer's/Dementia. It was a stressful and emotional time, and I had to face immense challenges, as do so many other families, to secure quality. consistent care for my loved ones.


Like you, I want the best for my family. I don't want my brothers to be passive recipients of care but to be supported to make their own decisions and continue to live their lives as they choose, in their own homes, surrounded by their own belongings and memories, with all the significant benefits this brings to their health and wellbeing.


At Serra HomeCare we are passionate about providing the best quality care and support. We work closely with our clients and their families to provide an individually tailored service that meets our clients ' needs, reflects their choices and supports their families.


Support is provided by our dedicated team, who have been carefully selected for their skills, their values, their kindness and their passion for wanting to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
