They come at exactly the time we have asked for and never late. We have the same carer except on her day off.

Have experienced very comprehensive care whatever the need is at the time. Detailed analysis of the underlying situation and working with the clients to improve the quality of their life. The same carer has been involved throughout with extensive back up from the care manager in the initial stages while the needs of the client are being met and ascertained. Also, the care manager has worked closely with the family in all the decisions and problem-solving.

The home care company has been very professional from the first contact. All the staff have been polite, friendly and caring.

It was with good fortune that we came across the manager from Folkestone Home Care to assist with the care of my father who is now in his late eighties.

My father likes to remain independent at home but needs assistance with his routine, his carer is the ideal person in this role being able to help with every aspect of his well being.

His carer has a cheerful and amiable disposition which has endeared her to my father and us, her positive and practical approach makes sure the day to day issues are covered then his carers follows this up with the sourcing of equipment and materials to aid my father’s health and quality of life.

My father's carer is in constant contact with advice and suggestions which is of considerable help to the family and to make sure Father’s best care and attention is achieved.

Folkestone Home Care are providing outstanding care to my Mum, they go above and beyond of what I was expecting. Not only are they supporting my Mum but me as well, I'm reassured my Mum is cared for with dignity and respect.
