Heart and Hands Homecare has a Review Score of 9.0 (9) out of 10, based on 3 reviews in the last 2 years.
Over all time Heart and Hands Homecare has 25 reviews.
Having used their service previously, our family had no hesitation in contacting Hearts & Hands.
I would highly recommend Theresa and the team for anyone seeking a top-rate and ethical care team, their rates are incredibly competitive, they are trust worthy, flexible and easy to work with.
I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and couldn't recommend them highly enough
Heart and Hands Homecare has provided fantastic care for our mother for over a year. All the carers are professional, caring and conscientious and consistently go above and beyond in their service to her and to us. It has meant that our mother has been able to stay in her own home while living with Alzheimer's. We would be completely lost without them.
Heart and Hands are fully deserving of their 5-star reviews! They provided care for my wife following a major op. They provided the same carer every day which gave my wife confidence. Their charges were much lower than other local care providers most of whom seemed only interested in providing long-term care!
She's an advanced case. Heart and Hands visit 3 times a day, 7 days a week. A dreadful, heart-breaking thing to be happening.
Well, not if Heart and Hands are involved!
Wife's needs are comprehensive; a 2-man job. So I'm an official helper. Had to take a demotion from main carer in March 2023.
The care delivered at the bedside is thorough, professional, competent, effective; comes with happiness, fun, upbeatness and, yes, love!
Wife's demeanour, personality, alertness, awareness sustained; otherwise she'd be failing faster.
On a wider front, support (matters medicals, practical, advisory, you name it!) is experience, useful and gratefully received.
I'm lucky personally to be sane, healthy and a pretty cool guy! At 79. Heart and Hands keep me that way.
So I'm better at looking after/looking out for my wife.
I don't give full marks for anything because nothing is perfect.
Yet I cannot give less than full marks to this crowd (small crowd!).
My wife has rapidly progressing MND. Almost every week, her needs changed and there was new equipment to be used. The carers were always cheerful, helpful and competent. Nothing was too much trouble and they readily adapted to our changing needs.
I have had very good care over the past two years. After I had a replacement hip operation I had carers in 3 times a day instead of the usual once a day and I was well looked after. As well as the usual personal care they gave me they also did my meals and my washing and putting the washing away when it was dry.
throughout her team. We are very fortunate to have found a caring group and nothing is too much trouble.
I would highly recommend Heart and Hands Homecare to anyone who is looking for home care without hesitation.

It had become obvious that mum needed more professional and more regular support and companionship than either I or mum’s friends could provide. The weekly 2 hour visit we instigated from Heart and Hands has become a genuine highlight of mum’s week. Whether it’s taking her shopping, helping around the house or just having a chat and a laugh, it’s so good for mum!
The staff at Heart and Hands really “get” mum, and are in equal parts friendly yet professional. I definitely recommend them to others needing a range of care and support.
In my experience it is the very antithesis to the more large and remote caring organisations.
Thank you.
The care for my father-in-law is exemplary nothing too much trouble for all the staff. We are very fortunate to have found a caring group. I will recommend to anyone who is looking for home care with no hesitation.
I cannot thank the manager and her team enough for the care that they are providing for my Mum. The difference in my Mum since they have been on board is amazing. The manager is just amazing and I cannot believe how lucky we are to have found her and her team. Thank you so much for everything that you do. We love you.
My wife has been receiving support for the last 10 months from what I may say is a first class team. Which is lead and controlled by the manager who I have found to very helpful in all matters from changing dates and times to the supervision of her staff. My wife is at ease during visit which in turn allow me to relax as such. Nothing seem to be to much trouble from her and hers staff. I would like to thank you and your staff for your support which I'm sure will continue in the future. Thanks.
To quote Tina Turner , "Simply the Best"! I am unable to say anything negative about Heart and Hands Home Care, they provide an outstanding service. You are able to contact them at any time of the day or night, they are run with precision and also very flexible with timings. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are experts at what they do. We were amazingly lucky in finding them.
The team of angels from Heart and Hands Homecare provide the best care.
Five-star treatment for my Grandad.
His illness could be tricky but you would not know it.
The ladies are professional and lovely. Always there to help and on-hand anytime.
The Manager will go above and beyond the call of duty, all with a comforting smile and kind words.
They made a painful time much easier.
Thank you! We will be eternally grateful.
The manager and her team have cared for my very frail parents since 2019. I cannot speak more highly of her agency, the staff are well-trained and always kind and cheerful, the house is left clean and tidy. The manager is prepared to go that extra mile if necessary and communication is excellent. The standard of care is exceptional and I am certain that my parents couldn’t be in more capable hands.
The team have been caring for my mother now for around 4 years. Due to it being the same carers over this time Mum has formed a strong bond with them. We have complete confidence in them looking after her and providing a level of care above expectations.
We are very thankful for the high standard of care provided to our mother in the last months of her life and grateful that this enabled her to remain living at home as she wished. I would 100% recommend this agency.
I can highly recommend the manager and her team, they provided excellent care for my Uncle over the past two years, they are very flexible and caring, remaining cheerful at all times. They were always willing to do that little bit extra.
Hearts and Hands Homecare have supported my dad to remain at home for the past year. They have been unfailingly caring and cheerful, both supporting dad and advising us how to move forward with his care. They have organised medication and liaised with other services. The manager and her team are trustworthy and always at the end of the phone if you have any concerns. I really don't know how we would have got through the past year without them.
