I have been extremely pleased with the standard of care displayed by my carer who has been looking after my home for me while I have been recuperating from a heart operation. Her work is of a very high standard. She is very polite, friendly and very caring. I would recommend my carer and her team mates very highly and would not hesitate to use them again. First Class.
Thank you very much for your review.
Best wishes
You Before Me Care have been caring for my mother, who is bed-bound and has dementia since February 2020. I cannot fault the care that has been given to date and that continues to go on. Throughout the pandemic, they have been professional and supportive in their work towards both my parents. They are all cheerful, friendly and easy to talk to. They are also good at communicating any issues or concerns they may have.
I have had, from a carer, three hours down to two daily visits, for two and a half weeks after having a hip operation. The carer and I developed a good relationship, gradually helping me so that now I am at the stage where I am independent. I think this company is very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Thank You very much for your positive response! It was a pleasure working with you!
Very professional from start to finish. My mother had a hip replacement and was ok to leave hospital but was facing a delay of about a week due to a care package proving difficult to put in place. I contacted this company and a member of staff, after obtaining all the information she needed from my mother and I, went to the hospital that afternoon and organised the discharge. The nurse provided was reliable, caring, friendly and my mother was very reassured and happy. I would not have any hesitation using this company again or recommending them to anyone else.
Thank you very much for the review Jeff. It was a pleasure looking after your mother and we would like to wish her all the very best.
My feedback has also been accepted graciously and acted upon eg my mother was not comfortable with male carers visiting and helping her in the shower, and this was dealt with immediately with at least one female carer always attending now.
You Before me Care also gave us a referral to the incontinence pathway for help which has greatly helped us.
The care that my Father has received from You Before Me Care has been first class. My father is treated with dignity, kindness and understanding. The carers are hugely reassuring, friendly and reliable. We would not hesitate to recommend You Before Me Care. A thank you to all at You Before Me Care on behalf of the whole family.
Thank you very much for your feedback, Sally.
Best wishes
Kind, cheery greetings - the carers are here. Whatever the weather, they turn up with a kindly smile. Life with carers is transforming. Tiresome joints are encouraged to do that bit extra. Some efforts in learning to dress again can lead to hilarious laughter and hope brings magic to the new day.
Thank you so much for this lovely review! We always provide care with a smile.
There are not enough words to describe how wonderful the experience has been with you providing our mothers end of life care. Thank you so much for coming in and taking such good care of her. Any expectations we had were exceeded 1000%! Thank you for everything and for being there for my sister and I also when the going got tough.
We are so pleased to hear we have provided such a wonderful experience for you and your family! It has been a pleasure meeting you all.
YouB4Me are an excellent company providing care and support for my mum and I would not hesitate to recommend them. They have extremely high standards which they are maintaining during the current situation with Covid-19. They go out of their way to ensure that Mum is well cared for and keep us advised of any issues so that they can be addressed as early as possible.
Thank you very much for the review, and we really enjoy looking after your mother.
Caring and attentive to client's needs. Always put the client first. The management always endeavours to provide a service totally attuned to the client's wishes within the bounds of operational feasibility.
Thank you very much, Trevor, for your review, and we hope to continue to provide you with a continued higher standard of service.
On one occasion, the patient needed to get to the hospital. It was late in the day and the staff member from this care provider stayed with the patient and travelled with them to the hospital where they stayed with the patient until admission was agreed. Throughout, she gave the patient encouragement and comfort. The patient suffers from dementia, and is often confused, but is happy in her home with the staff coming in four times a day. Each one always gives superb service and often spends more than the expected time to reassure the patient.
Thank you very much, Malcolm, for your review, and we hope to continue to provide you with a continued higher standard of service.
Caring, knowledgable, well-qualified and extremely capable staff who routinely go the extra mile. I feel as though my mum is in safe hands. I have complete confidence in this agency and would strongly recommend them.
Best wishes.
My mother's carer was so helpful, kind and knowledgeable! We are so thankful that we found her, it gave us reassurance and my mother confidence!
My family have used YouB4Me to assist in the on-going care for my father. My father has complex care needs as he is bed-bound with Parkinsons and Dementia and requires every level of daily personal care, assistance to feed and close scrutiny of his skin integrity. This care agency have offered a high quality of care at all times, treating him as an individual rather than a patient. We have had complete confidence in their ability to care for him, and they consistently discuss his needs and condition with the family, often guiding us on what is best for his care. They are an experienced team of carers who have treated my father with dignity and respect.
Overall, I felt very satisfied with the agency. But, I do feel, as I had just come out of hospital after having major surgery that they could have been a bit more helpful regarding medical issues.
We hope to continue to provide the best care possible.
YB4ME Team
We were recommended the organisation by AgeUK and right from the beginning the level of consideration and care was obvious. The service level was over and above anything we could have wished for which is clearly driven from the top, with staff who really do care and in hindsight, probably take on more than they should to ensure the patient is well looked after to the highest standard and the wider family informed and comfortable with the support given.
YouB4Me Care helped ensure that the quality of life for my mother's last few months were the best they could be and for that we will always be grateful.
My brother lives at home with Mum and cares for her during the evening and at night time. During the week he knows when the carer is coming in the morning so Mum is ready for her when she comes. The only real downside is on weekends he doesn't know when the carer is coming and as Mum has her routine, he doesn't know when to have her ready.
All in all a good caring service.
Our experience has been good. We receive good care from a variety of members of the team. They generally arrive between the arranged times (6-7 am). For continuity of care, it is for us, better to have help at regular times and to know who will be coming the next morning. We do understand that this is not always possible - rearrangement of schedules and traffic problems.
The level of care provided was excellent. YouB4Me always ensured that Dad was safe and happy before they left. If this meant that they stayed a little longer than planned, they would. The care is also about the whole person, and they would talk to Dad about a range of things. When Dad had to go into care, they even visited him there to see how he was doing.
YouB4Me Care is an independently run family business of very caring and supportive ex-nurses. For nine months they supported my elderly father with dementia to remain independent and living at home. They are a team of very friendly supportive professionals to both my dad and us his family. I would recommend them to others.
