Absolute Angels are 2 words that describe the staff at this company perfectly. My Dad came home from hospital on Christmas Eve for the final week of his life. We were given 6 companies to choose from and as soon as i spoke to the kind lady who picked the phone up i Knew these were the ones, after my first call whenever i rang she said 'Hello Tracy' without me saying my name , this just felt so personal, comforting and kind. My Dad needed care from 2 carers 4 times per day, each and every carer that visited him was fabulous, most importantly my Dad thought so too, we just can't thank you enough. It was so clear that it isn't just a job to you, you actually care, you never rushed and just made sure everything was perfect for him. I honestly don't know what we would have done without you, we will be forever grateful, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The care we received for my wife was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and her every need was attended to. The ladies treated her with respect and dignity. I would like to thank them so much.

The level of care my husband has received has been first-class. He has been treated with dignity, respect and kindness, nothing has been too much trouble for his carers, they have exceeded all our expectations. The staff over the phone and management have been most helpful and caring too. As a wife caring for my husband for many years Willowstone have considered my needs too giving me help and advice along the way. Thank you to all involved you have all been amazing. We couldn't have done this journey in life without you.

Having a copy of the weekly work schedule is a great benefit as you know who will be attending. Everyone is friendly, respectful, reliable, honest and sympathetic. A great team.

Carers are sometimes difficult to understand and don't always understand or listen to you because almost all of them are foreign.

My experience on the whole is very good with some carers being better than others obviously. It's very easy to pick out the more experienced ones. What I dislike greatly is some of the younger carers spend 10 minutes attending to the patient and the rest of the allotted time sat in our kitchen peering at mobile phones. Surely this exceptional length of time cannot be work-related.

Excellent care delivery especially during the pandemic! Credit to the profession. Makes a difference to have a nurse-led service. Thank you for all your hard work and support. Both my parents look forward to the visits and the carers can't do enough for them.

Mum is delighted with her care. The carers are all professional and feel like they are now friends - this is important to her. A special mention to one staff member who is unfailingly helpful and proactive at all times with a lovely disposition.

From the first time I met with a representative of Willowstone Care, I knew that my mum was going to be in safe hands with this company. What a professional, caring team; each member of which went above and beyond the call of duty always, but especially when my Mum was in the final weeks of her life. The love, compassion and tender care the carers, and the management team showed, for Mum and for our family at this most difficult time was truly outstanding. We knew in our hearts that everyone involved really did care about Mum and about us. They were always punctual, professional, loving and so gentle and caring with Mum, respectful of her needs and her wishes and listened to us, Mum's family, to learn all about her and what sort of person she was before her illness took over. My husband and I work in the care industry, travelling all over the country, visiting different care homes and believe me, I never thought I would be able to write a review like this about a care provider.

A reassuring service, delivered with dignity and care.

The management and carers have provided an excellent service to my Mum since she needed extra help. They have been so caring and compassionate, nothing is too much trouble. It enabled her to stay in her own home which is exactly what she wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Willowstone to others.

In my mum's words, "I can't fault them; they are friendly and put me at ease". Knowing my mum is happy with this, I feel reassured that she is getting a good standard of care, which is so important to us as it is palliative care. The phone app is a useful addition to their service. Overall, we are happy with the care/service.

My grandad really didn't want carers, he wanted me to carry on looking after him, but after our meeting with the registered manager, he changed his mind. He realised what a great thing it would be and he was right. My grandad had become very lonely during the lockdown and depressed, but after a few visits from his carers, he is used to seeing different faces and enjoys the company. His house is always clean after the visits and Grandad has a smile on his face. Thank you.

The staff are very competent and usually arrive on time.

I would recommend to anyone requiring care to make contact with Willowstone. Exceptional care without fail at every visit.

During the first month of engagement, they have been everything that was expected of them. The visiting nurse has been very kind and friendly and has made our parents very assured.

The professionalism of the staff and standard of care provided were exceptional. The manager’s team were friendly and engaging throughout the period of care. The dignity and respect shown to my friend was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would definitely recommend Willowstone to anyone considering care for their loved ones.

Following on, we had two mornings a week to help out. The help and care could not be faulted and I would recommend the care provider to anyone.
