Willowstone works closely with clients, families, social workers, and healthcare professionals to create personalised care plans based on needs, preferences, routines, risks, and desired outcomes.
A key strength of Willowstone is its doctor-led and nurse-supported approach. The Consultant Psychiatrist provides clinical oversight, supporting assessment, mental-health care, risk management, medication oversight, and multidisciplinary working.
Services include visiting care, live-in care, 24-hour support, waking and sleeping nights, respite care, dementia care, mental-health support, learning disability and autism support, physical disability care, hospital-discharge support, palliative care, companionship, medication support and personal care.
Where possible, individuals are supported by a small, consistent team of carers. Willowstone’s minimum visit is one hour, allowing care to be delivered safely and without rushing. Digital care planning provides up-to-date records and, with consent, can help keep families informed.
Willowstone employs its own care team and conducts DBS checks, references, induction, training, competency assessments, and supervised shadow shifts.

The Birdie app was very useful in keeping the whole family updated on my mother's care as it happens. Highly recommended team.
