Willowstone's passion is to keep people living independently at home for as long as safely possible and treating clients with dignity, empathy and compassion. Willowstone works alongside clients, their family members and professionals involved in their care, to create a bespoke care package to suit their individual needs.

Willowstone provides a small team of regular carers per client and hour-long calls as a minimum because they believe that relationships and independence can't be built on anything less. At your choice, family and friends can be kept up to date with your progress throughout the day, by alerts sent from a modern live care plan that carers update on each call.

Willowstone are diligent in their recruitment and training process - to make sure they employ carers with high standards, the in-house team (no external staff or agencies are used) undertake extensive reference checks and DBS (police checks) that are on the update service. They also provide staff with in-depth training and shadow shifts to make sure carers are always working at a high standard.

Willowstone employs carers who are local and recognise that care doesn't just mean caring at home. Just because you may need some assistance, this doesn't mean you have to stop doing the things you love. The carers at Willowstone encourage independence and are more than happy to take you out to events, social gatherings, and local groups they may enjoy.

Thank you for caring for my family as if they were your family. Genuine, caring, comforting and professional.
Staff who go above and beyond and put simply, Willowstone care about care. The manager and her team have enabled my mother to remain at her home surrounded by her family and friends whilst
receiving supportive care. The Birdie app was very useful in keeping the whole family updated on my mother's care as it happens. Highly recommended team.
